They give about 20 minutes of the show to Popeye and 40 minutes to pink panther. Too bad. It used to be all Popeye. Pink panther animation is really lazy. The Roland and ratfink animation shown with pink panther is real crap! The old Fleischer Popeye animation is head and shoulders above that stuff.
1 year later, April 29th, 2023, marked the last showing of "Popeye and Pink Panther's Party". As of May 6th, it's back to "Popeye and Pals", whether Betty Boop gets shown or not. Of course, during the stretch of Popeye and Pink Panther's Party, they eventually did go to 4 Popeye cartoons and only 3 from United Artists. Swapping time to time. This week ended as it was the last few months of 4 Popeye then 3 UA.

Yeah, they didn't renew their deal for the Pink Panther shorts.
Just got done watching this. And they did not show one Pink Panther cartoon. Terrible 😢
They lost the broadcast rights for the Pink Panther shorts. That's why.
