🇹🇭 Most Expensive Noodles I've Ever Had - Boat Noodles in HOTPOT Style!!

- Have you ever had a dish of noodles that was so big you could use it as a hotpot? A gigantic bowl, large enough to cook all your noodle ingredients inside, this is my wife Li's DREAM setup.
Quite possibly the best boat noodles in all of Northern Thailand, OLAAN Boat Noodles really is an experience. Throughout the week, mid-day hours will find this restaurant packed to capacity, we are here in the late afternoon to have an incredible dinner.
The boat noodle hotpot is a masterpiece, an ingenious combination of Thailand's boat noodle soup, the well loved combination of blood broth and meatballs, but in proportions so big that one person can hardly finish even a single bowl.
We will be coming back here as soon as possible, and thanks again to my friend for recommending this Chiang Mai restaurant to us!

WOW! Been there, but we didn't have a GIANT set like this, just the regular bowl(s) of Boat Noodles! This is definitely on my Boat Noodle tour of C.M. list. Now I've gotta' go back (with a big appetite or some big appetite friends,) and try this. It may push this place to the top of my list? It will be hard pressed to beat ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือทองศรี เตี๋ยวเรือห้อยขาชมทุ่ง แม่วาง which is still #1 in Chiang Mai province for me.

Yes, I agree, the noodles , beef dish and other sides looked great, but I do not know about the big bowl of pork blood sounds unhealthy to me, when I was in China I always declined the pork blood. Yes, I have been to China 4 times with each trip a 3 week stay, I found the country side beautiful, the people friendly and the food amazing, never could stop eating. I met my wife on the first trip, Xia, a great cook and cooks some great noodles. You and Li have a good trip, enjoy your visit and be safe.
