All the pistols, and shotguns were used. The Trench Carbine is possible
Most of the SMGs were used, a few saw some limited service
Most of the assault rifles saw use in mostly limited use. The Ribley 1918 didnt see service and the breda was a prototype
Bf5 dropped the ball on the PROMISED eastern front DLC with Soviet and Finnish weapons, instead they went to bf2042.

Factions: US, UK, RU, GR and JP
Maps: D-Day, Carentan, Ardennes, Arras, Arnhem, El Alamein, Stalingrad, Kursk, Berlin, Wake Island, Guadalcanal, Iwo Jima (at least these maps should have been at launch)
Cosmetics: Only Russians have Female Soldiers, and uniforms are adaptive to the environment (no winter clothing in Africa) and no mixing and matching uniforms
DLC can add in factions like France, Italy, China and others
Weapons: base game weapons should be common infantry weapons of WW2 while prototypes and WW1 guns are DLC weapons
They have to add mosin nagant, svt-40, or ppsh-41
Sadly, they stop updating the game
And SKS
The ppsh-41 is technically already in the game since the Suomi is the gun the ppsh-41 is based off

They didn't put too much effort into this game. They basically copied and pasted the scripts and game mechanics from BF1 and just redesigned the models. BF5 nice game but not worth buying, they should make it a bundle bf1-bf5 for 15$. The Campaign was really short and even though we love multiplayer. Campaign shouldn't be shit.

The campaigns can be redeemed for their good level design, that is, the playable part of the campaigns is fun, I particularly think that Tirailleur has the best scenarios when it comes to playing, leaving the story aside.

I played it but to my suprise M1 Garand and Mp40 were not DLCs that costed 40$ each. Instead they were actually obtainable through gameplay. Did not expect that from EA . Good one.

After 2042 and Vanguard I bet a lot of the trolls and haters are back to V.
Just needed one or two more factions, a few Soviet weapons and maps, and that’s it
For me, they should also remove the female characters from the UK, US, German, and Japanese factions and only add them on the Soviet faction, and they should also improve the sound design of the game.
Ahhh, that krag-jorgensen is done so well, I love that gun so much. Only place I can use it right now is red dead redemption 2 lol.
Type 99 arisaka is not supposed to have a bent bolt. Type 97 sniper rifle however does.

I would prefer a standard mag luger carbine instead of the stick or drum and I love how the character holds the pistol two handed hip firing and more rifle like when aiming down sights I love the fact that the character also puts a blank cartridge in the grenade bolt actions

I'd like to politely disagree, although i prefer BF's casual reloads i must say Vanguard's reloads are very visually good. I know about the tac reload problem, but still.

I’ve also noticed the sounds of the shells hitting the ground in this game are really audible. Sounds different for what surface the shell hits as well.

Wasn't meant as a pistol for combat. It was supposed to be dropped by air to resistance fighters so they can sneak up on a German, kill him with this shitty pistol then steal their gun.

It can reload both ways. German soldiers were actually trained to use striper clips instead of using detachable magazines, but both variants work.
