+Tyler Copeland Is that your answer for everything? Tempest sirens aren't the only good sirens available. This is twice now I've see. you make a post regarding mass notification voice systems and you say they should have gotten mechanical. They want voice messaging for a reason. By omnidirectional I meant 2900 series.
The only place electronic sirens belong are hazardous material facilities, nuclear power plants, and college campuses (to serve as loudspeakers for the PA)
*”Hey Whelen, How Are Your Collector Rings Doing?”*
They should have just gotten omnidirectional sirens.

The siren knew he was there and was just staring him down, lol!
good our school isn't the only one who sets the siren off then says it's a test.
as in normal siren like tornado siren just that
Great recording! Love the 4000s!
They should also be used to alert the campus of an epidemic.
@Beauty4Aspies Well, im guessing b/c the don't want to hear it ?
theirs actually 3 sirens
uh-oh, Why didn't it rotate all the way?
just looks like a normal siren
wail is high-pitched like that on both the 4000's and the vortexes
the next test is june 28th 2014 at 8am
Aren’t these made of fiberglass? I don’t think these could be struck by lightning by wet metal surfaces.
I love right near FAU, how often are the tests done? Is it a preset time and day every week or month?
Is the rotator programmed to rotate only 90 degrees?
Yup
@Droideka133 Maybe
Sweet vid :)
Now I get it
@freebrickproductions Oh, uh-oh. . .
