Beats the hell out of pulling off both clutches as others recommend. Just changing my factory original on a 2000 Sportsman 335! Talk about a quality product!! 21 yrs of giver!!
right on! thank you so much for posting the vid! My daughter burt the belt today and we're heading to the local shop tomorrow for a replacement. Need to get her back out and riding!
I have a Polaris 700 sportsman twin. It started having roughed shift into gear, and eventually it stopped going into gear at all. Is this a belt issue or something else? Ideas?.
Appreciate you showing me how to take the drive belt off. Great job! Next time show the installation. Cheers.

SOUNDS GOOD BUT THE FASTEST WAY IS TO JUST CUT IT OFF. 5 SECOND AND NOW YOU CAN INSTALL NEW ONE.
It is like a no-brainer!
Always works for me.

Awesome! The new belt should just be able to be put back on by rotating the clutch. For me removing has always been the hard way. Enjoy the trails!
Good idea...used your method and it worked great...thx!
COULD HAVE SHOWN HOW TO PUT IT BACK ON.
Nice trick, trying it on my twin 800
Great tip! Saved me a lot of aggravation! Thank you.
Buena idea, gracias por compartirla, lo recordaré.
Haha pulled it rite off. Thanks man!
Do you like those tires? I'm only seeing a 251012 for the rear. Factory is a 251112
I ended up finding the right tires. Took the quad out today with them. So far good!
Hey can you help? Is it normal for that left wheel to squeel and make a sort of clown noise when you spin it?
When you spin the clutch or the actual wheel with the tire on it?
How often should the belt be changed
You have the right answer Thanks:)
Thanks for You tip! Definitely going to try this!
Hey, thanks. Great info thumbs up
Great idea, I'll give it a try.
Nice! What year is that 570?
2015
Thanks for the great tip!
This is a great trick! I have the same machine. Green also. I'm wondering what rims/tire size you're running?! It looks awesome!
Thanks! These were 12" wheels from a rzr 570 and 26" sunf tires from Amazon.
Hello how do you adjust the secondary variator?
I have a Polaris 700 sportsman twin. It started having roughed shift into gear, and eventually it stopped going into gear at all. Is this a belt issue or something else? Ideas?.
I could take a razor blade and cut it but what about putting it on
I got a lot of water inside my Casey what is the best thing to clean that out with
I would use some break cleaner to get the residue out then seal it with silicone when you put it back together.
I used my belt yesterday like this
What tires are those
Sunf tires from Amazon. They're a great Bighorn knockoff
@@TrailPass thanks bud
If you are not keeping the old belt, just cut it and you're done. install new belt. no reason to fight old belt off. lol.
