Jakana is a wonderful analyst of buganda and uganda current and historic matters. I only become uncomfortable with the way he raises and believes in absolutely federalism. His style of federal cannot survive in the present uganda. Which means that if by, hard luck, a person suddenly accidentally institutes a federal system of governance, a new phase of wars in uganda would be sparked off.

If we can't afford to pay hefty price of freedom for our country, then let's just sit and watch, all those who have gone through these uprising have paid price for there freedom! So this doesn't mean if something makes you sick might make the other person sick. Every thing that is consumed has an effect if it is not suitable for the health. Everything survives on water. Every thing you eat has medicine and has disease. If you eat something and it's medicine is overtaken by disease that is when you get sickness Us people geting sick is from what we eat and drink. If something affects your health doesn't mean you can stop other people from eating it. You your self you should stop consuming it.forexample the flies rests on everything unpleasant but for them they rest there and after they rest on you and kids faces . But you never hear someone being sick because of flies touching them . They carry disease and medicine. I would like the doctors to comment on my question. Some people start smoking at 7 and up. and they smoke for like 80 years . If it is that poisonous how would it not kill someone who has smoked for years . Because you can't consume poison everyday for that long . I would like doctors to answer me In my opinion I do believe it might correspond well to some people and others not. Everything has a side effect. They shouldn't negatively talk and advertise the smoking effect. The person that is negatively affected should be advised separately. But the major reasons (Yoseri) fears the name called: *ldi Amin* , is as below; *Or Why the name (Amin) is a (nightmare) to Yoseri* : *Firstly* ,from day one of his presidency, (Amin) knew: A. The (date & year) he was born, when he would die; he didn't need to fabricate stories on such info. *Above all* ,like all the students of (Obote), Amin believed in being a life president; but he was never misconcepted to believe that throughout the years ahead, his policies introduced would remain indelible on the Ugandans; he pretty well knew that in life nothing is *static* ! B. (Amin) never lied about his:... *true* names & his place of *birth* , just like gangsters or bandits do, per Obote! C. Amin in all his mind he was frank; he couldn't never publicly impost, lie that he graduated from Tz, when he didn't even possess a senior or ordinary School certificate, etc. *That was Amin!* Now to the gist of the topic: 1. In the late 60s, Obote had a harder time with the indigenous Ugandans that had attained stellar education in the colonial era; and who believed that (Obote) was less qualified for the presidency in Uganda; that's why you see that even in UPC, folks like Grace lbingira, etc , were anti Obote-1 and it's Amin who released them from Luzira, upon the triumph of his coup. 2. Secondly, due to that fear, Obote had to find a non scholarly northern, possibly, thinking that he would be naive in politics and with no interest in the presidency. In this (Amin) was Obote's perfect candidate. And he garnered incessant promotions in the army, especially after attacking *Mengo* in 1966, when the then commander of armed forces, *Shaban Opolot* defied Obote's orders to invade Mengo palace; but he was taken to Luzira; when Amin took power in January, 1971 he was released and made an *ambassador to Ghana* . 3. To subdue, the elites in the western, East, central Uganda, who were erudites and particularly to spy on the westerners, Obote did this: A. *Western Uganda & Buganda* had already been *infiltrated* by the Rwandese/ Rwandan refugees who started running away from Rwanda bcz of the *Hutu & Tutsi* animosities of the: 1930, 40s, 50s, 60s. B. Obote appointed Prof. Kalimuzzo, a Rwandese to be the director of public services; when Makerere became independent, as a University from the University of London, in 1970; again, Obote by passed the que of all the learned descent/native Ugandans at Makerere and he made (Kalimuzzo) the vice Chancellor of makerere. Again, that was Obote's atestment of : inferiority complex, fear, a (trust) in the refugees to bolster his agenda for a life presidency! 3. Meanwhile, in the security forces especially after the attempted assassination of Obote at Nakulabye; the latter had developed distrust in Amin! And earlier, Obote had established the SFU/ *special force unit* , headed by his brother (Akena Adoko) and Amin was left to head the Uganda army! *Consequently* , bcz Obote didn't trust the indigenous Ugandans, a lot of *Rwandan refugees* in Uganda were recruited as *cadres in the SFU* ; that, included the *current dictator* in Uganda; he was directly attached to the president's office among the spies after a recommendation from Nyerere in TZ. *How Nyerere got to recommend Yoseri* : Archives say that Nyerere had a lot of *Tutsi boys* in his intelligence and securities; the father of Yoseri, had separated with Estalla and settled in TZ. So during his visits, Yoseri would tell those Nyerere henchmen to introduce him to Nyerere for a touch with Obote in Uganda on a spy gig in the latter's office. And it worked out pretty well. 4. *Lastly* , Amin as a Chief of the Uganda army new about the spies of Obote in the (SFU), who were established by Obote on Amini; bcz Amin had his own spies too! And (Yoseri) was one of them; that's why Yoseri told you guys that within less than a day of Amin's hegemony in Uganda, *he had to run out of the country!* (Amin) was looking for all of them and many of Yoseri's colleague were killed by Amin, in January 1971; when he ousted Obote. Then, when (Yoseri) ran away to Tz, he started to wage *guerilla activities* on Amin's regime; thinking that Amin would be easy to disorganize, but it wasn't very so! *They used to come in at night, from TZ and kill civilians in Uganda, so that Amin could become anti-simpatico/unpopular after being framed as a marauder/ murderer. *In 1973* , Amin using his commando skills, he ambushed many of Yoseri's comrade ,who were in the bushes in Uganda; he captured them and took them to the *court Marshall* at Makindye; they were sentenced to a *public **-firing-** squad*, on a Saturday day, at 12 pm; that was at the clock tower (or) ku *Essawa ya Queen* , at *Nakivubo* and they were all tied up on the huge eucalyptus trees, that used to be there. Researchers say that such a gruesome method of killing was borrowed by Amin from (Gadhaffi) in Libya; bcz those 2 Muslims were great buddys. *Hence* , that firing squad *stultified* any further attempts of the (Yoseri's) groups to mess with Amin's regime. Till, Nyerere used the weapons and group of *300, 000+* , who had been assembled in TZ from Zambia initially, with an agenda to fight the apartheid of Botha in SA; that force was also bolstered by a noise making powerful gun from lsreali; this was *shooting* from hundreds miles to avoid direct confrontations; Ugandans called it the *Shashaba gun!* Recall, at that moment the (Uganda Army) was only composed of *30,000* personnel. So, for everyone of Amin's soldier, Nyerere brought in 3 or 3.5 soldiers from TZ to fight Amin; and stealthily return (Obote) to Uganda. Later, a faux/fake national election was organized and Obote using Nyerere's Army in Uganda, despoiled/stole DP's triumph in 1980.

Yes Buganda was a nation of its own, we missed that opportunity just like many kingdoms lost there independences to the formation of one country, shall we keep crying up to when? We should know Uganda has many tribes, and cultural leaders with there own cultures,, strength and weaknesses. Unless we realise that we are all equal players, we have the same stake in this nation then no unity can be attained. Evey time other regions are down, then it is evident that Buganda wants to rule them because of economic dominance of there region and no one will allow that.
Even a baby knows history of Buganda, Bunyoro, Luo, and so on, you just can't deny that. Uganda is for all regions, and more so for all people. Buganda is for baganda just like other regions belong to those natives.

*Ugandans; here's a brief course on Ugandan's political trends or Science!*
You don't read history; and the current dictator bastardized you by abrogating *political science* in Schools. Political
Science is a part of history; and that's where the truths reside, as *Malcolm X* averred that: Of all our studies, (history) is best qualified to the reward of research.
But the major reasons (Yoseri) fears the name called: *ldi Amin* , is as below; *Or Why the name (Amin) is a (nightmare) to Yoseri* :
*Firstly* ,from day one of his presidency, (Amin) knew:
A. The (date & year) he was born, when he would die; he didn't need to fabricate stories on such info. *Above all* ,like all the students of (Obote), Amin believed in being a life president; but he was never misconcepted to believe that throughout the years ahead, his policies introduced would remain indelible on the Ugandans; he pretty well knew that in life nothing is *static* !
B. (Amin) never lied about his:... *true* names & his place of *birth* , just like gangsters or bandits do, per Obote!
C. Amin in all his mind he was frank; he
couldn't never publicly impost, lie that he graduated from Tz, when he didn't even possess a senior or ordinary School certificate, etc. *That was Amin!* Now to the gist of the topic:
1. In the late 60s, Obote had a harder time with the indigenous Ugandans that had attained stellar education in the colonial era; and who believed that (Obote) was less qualified for the presidency in Uganda; that's why you see that even in UPC, folks like Grace lbingira, etc , were anti Obote-1 and it's Amin who released them from Luzira, upon the triumph of his coup.
2. Secondly, due to that fear, Obote had to find a non scholarly northern, possibly, thinking that he would be naive in politics and with no interest in the presidency. In this (Amin) was Obote's perfect candidate. And he garnered incessant promotions in the army, especially after attacking *Mengo* in 1966, when the then commander of armed forces, *Shaban Opolot* defied Obote's orders to invade Mengo palace; but he was taken to Luzira; when Amin took power
in January, 1971 he was released and made an *ambassador to Ghana* .
3. To subdue, the elites in the western, East, central Uganda, who were erudites and particularly to spy on the westerners, Obote did this:
A. *Western Uganda & Buganda* had already been *infiltrated* by the Rwandese/ Rwandan refugees who started running away from Rwanda bcz of the *Hutu & Tutsi* animosities of the: 1930, 40s, 50s, 60s.
B. Obote appointed Prof. Kalimuzzo, a Rwandese to be the director of public services; when Makerere became independent, as a University from the University of London, in 1970; again, Obote by passed the que of all the learned descent/native Ugandans at Makerere and he made (Kalimuzzo) the vice Chancellor of makerere. Again,
that was Obote's atestment of : inferiority complex, fear, a (trust) in the refugees to bolster his agenda for a life presidency!
3. Meanwhile, in the security forces especially after the attempted assassination of Obote at Nakulabye; the latter had developed distrust in Amin!
And earlier, Obote had established the SFU/ *special force unit* , headed by his brother (Akena Adoko) and Amin was left to head the Uganda army!
*Consequently* , bcz Obote didn't trust the indigenous Ugandans, a lot of *Rwandan refugees* in Uganda were recruited as *cadres in the SFU* ; that, included the *current dictator* in Uganda; he was directly attached to the president's office among the spies after a recommendation from Nyerere in TZ.
*How Nyerere got to recommend Yoseri* :
Archives say that Nyerere had a lot of *Tutsi boys* in his intelligence and securities; the father of Yoseri, had separated with Estalla and settled in TZ. So during his visits, Yoseri would tell those Nyerere henchmen to introduce him to Nyerere for a touch with Obote in Uganda on a spy gig in the latter's office. And it worked out pretty well.
4. *Lastly* , Amin as a Chief of the Uganda army new about the spies of
Obote in the (SFU), who were established by Obote on Amini; bcz Amin had his own spies too!
And (Yoseri) was one of them; that's why Yoseri told you guys that within less than a day of Amin's hegemony in Uganda, *he had to run out of the country!* (Amin) was looking for all of them and many of Yoseri's colleague were killed by Amin, in January 1971; when he ousted Obote.
Then, when (Yoseri) ran away to Tz, he started to wage *guerilla activities* on Amin's regime; thinking that Amin would be easy to disorganize, but it wasn't very so! *They used to come in at night, from TZ and kill civilians in Uganda, so that Amin could become
anti-simpatico/unpopular after being
framed as a marauder/ murderer.
*In 1973* , Amin using his commando skills, he ambushed many of Yoseri's
comrade ,who were in the bushes in Uganda; he captured them and took them to the *court Marshall* at Makindye; they were sentenced to a *public **-firing-** squad*, on a Saturday day, at 12 pm; that was at the clock tower (or) ku *Essawa ya Queen* , at *Nakivubo* and they were all tied up on the huge eucalyptus trees, that used to be there.
Researchers say that such a gruesome
method of killing was borrowed by Amin from (Gadhaffi) in Libya; bcz those 2 Muslims were great buddys.
*Hence* , that firing squad *stultified* any further attempts of the (Yoseri's)
groups to mess with Amin's regime.
Till, Nyerere used the weapons and group of *300, 000+* , who had been assembled in TZ from Zambia initially, with an agenda to fight the apartheid of Botha in SA; that force was also bolstered by a noise making powerful
gun from lsreali; this was *shooting* from hundreds miles to avoid direct confrontations; Ugandans called it the *Shashaba gun!* Recall, at that moment the (Uganda Army) was only composed of *30,000* personnel. So, for everyone of Amin's soldier, Nyerere
brought in 3 or 3.5 soldiers from TZ to fight Amin; and stealthily return (Obote) to Uganda. Later, a faux/fake national election was organized and Obote using Nyerere's Army in Uganda, despoiled/stole DP's triumph in 1980.
