- Wanna see how a The Sims4 version of Kaer Morhen from The Witcher looks like? Here you go. I built this medieval castle in a span of about 40 hours in 2 weeks. It's as detailed as possible and features all the cool stuff you need in a Witcher keep.

Haven't played Inquisition. Only played the first game I think...geez that was ages ago. Dragon ages... eh yeah... I will have a look at it. I put it on my list but can't make any promises.

As someone who's put 800 hours in just The Witcher 3 I loved this, totally feels like going back to the game.
10/10 would spend the winter there.
Also we need a medieval pack.
I legit almost teared up, this looks SO MUCH like home!! The details are amazing, SatiSim with the TREE!! omg! I gasped out loud! Only thing I wish we had was horses so we could have Roach!

Oh. Lovely but maybe download it first and look up what’s really missing. I think get together, jungle adventure, realm of magic and vampires are kind of the 4 most important packs for this build
This is stunning! It’s so detailed and then the SNOW, I’ve never seen sims winter make a build come alive like this.

Could you also do Corvo Bianco (Geralt’s home in Toussaint in the game)? That would be an amazing build as well!
There is a quest in the witcher game where you have to renovate the estate, so it would be so much fun if you built the rundown estate and we can upgrade it while playing.
Corvo Bianco is on my list and would also fit to the new world. I’ve never played the Corvo Bianco part. So first I guess I have to research a lot and watch a ton of Let’s Plays to find out how it looks and what the layout is

The winter view is just incredible. As always, your exteriors are unbelievable, and I love that you are collaborating with others to add some of those unique touches like the medallion tree and alchemy lab. This is just so much fun.
Thanks so much. Yeah those details just HAD to be in there. I am glad Sati helped me out with the tree. Otherwise it would have taken me 5 hours more, just to create the tree.

This is such a beautiful build! You really paid such nice attention to details and little effects - the snow falling down through the ceilings was amazing!
The snow falling is one of the best mood setters for this build tbh. I was surprised how much of a difference it makes.

The series is pretty cool and a nice "entry" into the franchise. Maybe you watch one or two episodes and find out if its something for you.

You are unbelivable! This build is crazy-good 💥 I consider myself a pretty good sims 4 builder, but the things you do are just another lvl and I extra appreciate any medieval builds since I'm creating Game Of Throne - inspired gameplay. Plus I'm very happy that you picked building from The Witcher, since I'm Polish. So, yeah, you basically stole my hear with this one 😅
awww, I'm so happy you like it. I hope I pronounced the authors name right. I can remember that I put it in the google audio read for polish to hear it's polish pronounciation.

I was a kiddo when I read the witcher🖤 It was such a fun! I can speak polish so I could read it in orginal form. Brilliant. I don't think that it would be the same fun to read it as an adult.
I only played the game and haven't read the books. I just looked into several wikis and fan boards for cross reference and fan art etc. I love the idea of a ruin of a castle as the main base of the witchers. I thought it is a very interesting setup and Kaer Morhen just looks great in the games.

Polish people are usually very "eh, close enough, good job" about our names being pronounced by other nations,but it was very close tho, Your pronunciation of "Andrej" was really good and it's nice to see someone actually paying attention that "w" is pronounced as "v" in Polish, you only missed "k", it's "sap-cov-ski" but I'm sure everyone in Poland would know about whom are you talking about!
The build looks amazing, I'm always pressed how creative some people can get with using only vanilla game. I really love the laboratory, the armory and especially Triss' room! And the whole build from the outside? It is so nice to see builds that are not flat, the dopth really makes it look so much cooler.

This is the awesomest awesome build ever!!! LOVE it! I'm going to have to try playing Yen & Gerralt. In the Witcher III game, there is a fireplace in Kaer Morhen. It's in the wall between the kitchen and dining rooms, and is shared, open to both rooms. The medieval version of a "pass-through" - LOL!
Is that fireplace mentioned in the books? Or just the game? Because in the series they only have these fire pits
@@Simproved I haven't read the books. It's in the game, Witcher III, but it might not be accurate to the original books or even to the implied period. I do LOVE your build!

@@Simproved the exterior is absolutely STUNNING, so many fantastic details like the huge arch around the doors the ruins every where. And inside ….. well I don’t know where to start again the attention to detail is fenomenale. The whole build breaths mystery and excitement. Even my husband started watching n had to start from the beginning!! Which I eagerly agreed to do so n didn’t mind at all as there is so much to take in.
If I have to chose my favourite is definitely the exterior, but I must admit I have a huge passion for landscaping. But the great hall n library n of course the lab/ position room are just beyond this world . LOVE IT. Certainly will be watching this build again.

Hi, Fry! On 2:52 you can surpass the annoying column height restriction by pressing the same keys for sizing up/down! You may already know it, but it was a game-changer for me!

This is awesome and totally inspired me to want to build something again! Amazing detail. Can i ask what are the shelves you used for the potions? I've never seen them before and i need them in my life! They are so cool looking!
They are from Journey to Batuu. I know lots of simmers hate that pack but I absolutely love it for it’s very unusual build and debug. There is so much stuff in there that really helps for details that we don’t even have remotely in other packs. As a builder that likes to build other things than just the American suburban it’s absolute gold!

I won't rewatch my own video now to hear what I actually said but this is for sure a 40+ hours build. I can specifically remember that figuring out the outer proportions and wallpaper swatches took me 3 days until I started building this(with recording).

I just found this build and wow, my polush heart is impressed. About the pronunciation: Andrzej Sapkowski. The "rz" is a polish exclusive sound that is non existent in English, the easiest way to pronounce it for Americans would be to say z but like, EXTREMLY hard. As if youre rolling your tongue. J is read as Y. In Sapkowski, you pronounce all letters, and W is read as english V. If i had to write it phonetically, i would write it as "and*z*ey sa*p*kovskey" with ** marking the accent. And its still not the most confusing polish name out there! 😂
Hi Simproved, I’ve always really enjoyed your builds, my favorite especially being the modern vampire house. Really really sorry to divert for a moment here, but do you know what happened to Irene from The Sim Stream channel? She hasn’t posted anywhere in all social media accounts for almost a year now. A lot of us are really worried 😢

:) always hard to get the proportions right on big builds but still usable for sims to walk around and even live in them.
