so i was rewatching the last airbender when i hear zuko mentioning komodo chicken and actually laughed out loud, thinking it was just a joke...quick google search and.... my jaw dropped when i found your video and realized there is an actual real recipe for it xD

I made that before too, and instead of addding a jalapeño I substituted it with another scoop of red flakes; instead of garlic cloves I used a teaspoon of regular garlic. It still did taste the same too.

Oh interesting! I guess at a certain point the burn makes it hard to discern a difference in flavor hahaha
