So glad to see you playing this game! It really helped me to decide whether I'd be backing it because it's pretty pricey. I know that there will be a lot more coming into the game, but the basic mechanics of the game seemed just meh for my taste, so thank you for saving me $150!!!
LOL, well, not to disappoint you, but I've never actually heard Doctoring the TARDIS. But I do know about it, only because I know the original song they "borrowed" for it: Rock & Roll Part 2 by Gary Glitter :)... which is played all the time at sporting events, and originally had no lyrics. (other than HEY!)

I did think the theme would swing it, but even with the GameNight crew - and Grant's a cool dude BTW - displaying it in their usual fun and informative manner... nah, not for me. But the video was excellent as always, and even it it's one of the very few times I haven't been left hopping up and down with excitement at the thought of buying the game, it was still a great way to spend a couple of hours!

So looking at the other GameNight videos listed on the right...I can't help but see CLANK! LEGACY...(since the Jurassic World is a legacy game)...2 years ago?!?! It's been two years since you guys started the legacy game and left us hanging...haha. Someday...someday...

I do think we could modify it by having "teams" with the elementary agers. I have noticed that the other legacy games we have played seem to get progressively longer with each play; I wonder if this is going to do the same?
This is a Kickstarter game right now, thus they got sent the game to show on their channel so they wouldn't get any kind of strike against it. You always have what is called fair use on nearly everything so you can absolutely post board game playthroughs on YT. There are tons and tons and tons and tons of channels that do that. The main things that get strikes that I've seen on YT are computer/video game music or really any music that hasn't been altered (which is why you see covers), WWE is somewhat ridiculous with old wrestling footage, and that's about all I've seen. But I've absolutely never seen a board game get a copyright strike against it. Maybe if you somehow got your hands on a pre-production version of a game like this and posted the full legacy game before people could buy it, but most companies realize that showing the game being played only enhances sales. Heck, if you check most Kickstarters for board games, you'll see links to playthroughs like this on their page as they've sent it out specifically for that. Plus, they're BoardGameGeek. They're literally the holy grail website for board games, rules questions, and links to playthroughs. Any company is going to love having them play a game. Not to mention that Becca Scott is playing the game today on her channel Good Time Society as probably several others since that's what companies do to drive sales.

It’s just on Kickstarter now, so they might not be wanting to spoil stuff behind the initial tutorial. I definitely second more legacy campaign videos like the Initiative on Game Night though!
Not a gamer and I did not understand the introduction of the "rules" I'm sorry this is not for my husband and I. It is too confusing when normal people want to play a game.
Legacy games can be a bit like that! They do make more sense when you are the ones reading the rules and instructions. Base game pandemic or pandemic season one are great places to start if you are interested in exploring these sort of games.

Probably not. The game is not due out until later this year. We are eager to play it more though.-Lincoln
