yup man if you have practiced sufficient questions and your all key points all cleared from basics you will surely do better i am saying this by my experience i have cleared cma part 1 already and now going to give cma part 2 exam .

Hi sir, Videos are good. Just have one doubt question 64. As per my understanding Preferred stock are two types : Cumulative Non Cumulative For Cumulative it does not matter whether dividend is declared or not we need deduct from net income. For non Cumulative we need to deduct only if in case of dividend is declared. And if nothing is mention we assume Preferred stock are non Cumulative (I am reading hock material it is mentioned here) in this question nothing is given about Cumulative and non Cumulative then why we are deducting preferences dividend. If you can help bit confused in this.
