Car guy here, for those who don’t know, aside from Hound, Drift, Optimus, and Cliffjumper, the rest of the autobots alt modes are either newer or concept versions of there previous vehicles. As for the rest, Optimus has the same truck he has had in the past two movies, Hound is a very similar vehicle as his last two trucks but instead of his Mercedes from last movie, he is a Jeep which fits him as more American make. Cliffjumper is a Holden which is an Australian car manufacturer and Drift is a Honda/Acura NSX which is more of a Japanese super car which fits Drift better than his previous alt modes.
When Transformers: Rise of Unicron comes out, I also want to see the Guardian Knights make an appearance as well, because they’re too valuable to leave out after the big parts they have had in Transformers: The Last Knight so far.

From my perspective, this fan made trailer looks 50/50. Due to some of the parts in this trailer not being as good as others. The parts I think that are not as good as others are the Optimus prime scene at the end and certain movements. Overall though from my perspective, I’m still willing to see it as I’ve been hyped for this film for awhile now, it looks fantastic if you don’t count what I mentioned before and I hope the film improves based on the feedback/criticism that it gets.

Colman’s design is a recolor and redesign of macro from transformers universe, same as his pose in the trailer that he got from macros pose in transformers universe, I’m not sure tho u can look it up

I thought Cogman was Sideswipe...... Anyway, despite preferring the Knightverse over the Bayverse by alot, I'm actually excited for this. This looks quite good; it has potential. I think the character designs are good. I like that Cliffjumper looks very different from Bumblebee, but takes some design cues from Bee. The only constructive critique is Optimus's voice; its a little too quiet. It doesn't have much of the power/strength, with the gentleness that Optimus's voice has. I do think the VA is doing their best, but this is just a critique. I do hope Optimus's voice sounds better in the film proper.
I don’t think sideswipe is dead his fate is unknown because they is as far as I know no kill card for him and lockdown did not mention him in age of extinction in Mexico City
