Very simple recipe for your fancy cheese...get Pillsbury croissant rolls and raspberry jam (any kind of jam will do, but I like raspberry). Roll out the croissant dough throw the cheese on top of it then slather it with the jam. Follow the baking instructions from the rolls and roll around of the goodness...and if you don't like it mail it to me :) x

You REALLY NEED to use your air fryer more! I like mine, the ONLY thing I regret, I got one that opens from the front & has trays (4-in-1). I wish I got one with a drawer/basket instead! It makes the BEST bacon, tater tots, salmon, cod, burgers….

I put those chicken meatballs in my instant pot, cover with teriyaki sauce. Top with the trivet. Then in a cake pan, I add my rinsed rice with water, put it on top of the trivet. Set the timer for 5 minutes, then natural release for 15 mins. Steam a little broccoli or better yet the stir fry veg mix from Costco, and voila dinner in no time,

We grill a lot and we live in the Midwest where it’s cold in the winter. We still use our grill.
