In all seriousness, we were considering to buy a property at Lodha Amara in February. This video has changed my mind. There's no chance I am buying a Lodha property in my lifetime. Shambolic and disgraceful.
Samne lodha sterling bhi hai. 2cr 2bhk with deck balcony. Building of 6 floor. They also asked me today for spot booking 😁 and saamne pura air force ka jagah hai. To come to be thane railway station it took exact 29 mints for me through 🚗 car. Balkaum, majiwada, pokhran I visited today first time. They are actually spoilers. Rather investing in Navi Mumbai will be better idea 💡

i do not blame the sales person/ Escalation manager, he may have tried by speaking to his superiors but then to they may have not approved it. the corporate greed makes the people at the lowest end suffer the most in every company.

I have understood after watching many videos from Mr. Rao that, what these builders do is, earn small sums of money in terms of Expenssion of Interest (EOI) or Token from gullible buyers by promising them all the fake stories and showing them dreams beyond their financial capacity. Once these guys fall for it, they trap their EOI or token by showing agreement paper which is always favoring builders

I am glad I didn't buy a flat from Lodha, even their salesperson tried to pursue me a lot for their Amara property. How could a renowned builder you can be so insensitive? At one place people donated with their hearts out to help the government fight covid and helps those in need and here they cant even refund back her booking amount.
Basically even after Rera coming into action, builders who cheat, do not follow orders passed by Rera for non compliance are not punished & so the builders take advantage of taking undue advantage of buyer and either cheat them of the payment given in advance for booking flat, or undue delay in completion & handing of possession.

This is so bad, feeling so sorry.. why builder is saying no to cancellation if possession is not already given with this specific case? Even in case of no specific condition, builder should be ready to cancel booking.
