I just installed this on a 2016 xpt I did not remove the bed the muffler or any heat shields I removed about 11 screws that attaches the bed And lifted the bed up about 3 to 4 inches Using a 2 x 4 and a 1x 4 on each side as a spacer Super easy to install Maybe if they get a chance they can revise the PDF instructions I was prepared to remove the muffler and replace the mounting bolts
Just bought the set with the BOV for my '21 XPT keep seeing posts about the J tube needing to be trimmed 1.5" on both ends due to it hitting the spring is this a common thing to the '21's ?
Only on aftermarket springs, Usually an issue with oversize tender springs. Guys don't want them to touch, but the truth is the round spring can never wear the silicone..... let them touch.
I’ve been looking to get the same sound on my XPT 2016 but I can’t get it, my BOV came with 2 springs, is the heaviest one that gets me the BOV sound more often?
@@RPMPowersports no im not running any filter. But I can only hear the sound If I do full throttle with my Polaris running. I don’t get the sounds if I do full throttle on park or neutral, not sure why. The point is I don’t get the sound that often I’ve tried the heaviest spring and the one that came with the BOV. I love the BOV it’s the loudest one but I’d like to hear it more often
@@diegobertoalmonte5869 per the instructions, you won’t hear it in park or neutral. You’re not building any boost. You’ll only hear it when it’s under a load making boost.
Thank you again just installed the charge tube with the loudest BOV fron you guys as well did a video of the install also
Shoot us a link to your video!

You're going to love it!
importing all 3 tubes into New Zealand plus blow off valve works out around 1700 NZD.. Is it really worth it ?

Is there any advantage of silicone vs aluminum for the charge pipe?
Silicone obviously flex better, but furthermore, creates less joints and clamps which creates less failure points or leak possibilities.
Do you need a tune for this upgrade?
No tune needed or required.
What spring set up do you use to get the sound at the beginning?
The heavy spring!
does this fit a 2021 turbo s velocity 4 seater?
Yes
Bad ass whats the cost
Does this add HP ??
No, this is a reliability upgrade to the known failure of the stock ones.
@@RPMPowersports Gotcha, thanks for the feedback!!
Hp numbers?
BOV and silicone dont increase HP numbers.
