I wanted to compliment you for the excellent grooms you show on your channel. Your attention to detail and skill in keeping the breed standard while still giving pet dogs an everyday groom is truly impressive. You can tell you genuinely care about every dog breed and take pride in your work. You are the first groomer I've enjoyed watching scissoring with such skill, precision and ease. I like that you are showing larger breeds. I can't wait to learn so much more. ❤
Everything new was met with complaints. You were so patient with helping her see that it was ok The method for looking after a curly coat was so helpful Thankyou
My teacher used to freak out about using shears or even clippers prior to bathing a dog, cause she said it wears out your equipment. Does it really wear out your equipment? I haven’t noticed yet.
It definitely does. I have certain scissors I only use on dirty hair and I clean & disinfect my blades after every pre shave. I try to only work on clean dogs, my equipment keeps it's edge longer
I have a standard poodle puppy (13 weeks old). I plan to groom her at home and your videos have been my go-to in learning what to do to help her acclimate to grooming. She got her first real bath and blow dry yesterday. I used a high-velocity dog grooming dryer. She did extremely well for this first introduction to a total groom. I have loosely scissored her and introduced her to the electric clipper a few times since we took her home at 10 weeks. Just to ease her into the sounds and get her used to being handled for grooming. I really appreciate how calm and gentle you are with your clients’ dogs and in teaching your young customers how to accept their grooms. I am convinced that your technique of using soft hands and being kind but firm with the puppy grooms is what made our first attempt at bath and blow dry successful. I cannot imagine how awful “plucking ears” would be-that has to be painful for the dogs-I would not allow that on my own dogs and I am glad you told your client that you won’t do that to this puppy. My poodle pup has already had a light trim inside the ears and I have a vacuum trimmer so the gentle approach worked. She didn’t love it, but it did not hurt her and her ears trimmed up rather cleanly. I am introducing my puppy to weekly exposures to the sounds and touch of the grooming equipment so she gets acclimated and we bond over these moments where she lets me show her that she can trust me to keep her safe. I figure that at the very least, she’ll get used to grooming so if I did need to take her to a professional groomer, it would not be super traumatic for her or the groomer. Thank you for showing us grooming newbs what to expect and how it’s done.
She did amazing for her second visit. The pet parents get an A+ in coat care and training. Great dog, great family, I am looking forward to many years of grooming this beautiful puppy.
Another great groom, Suzanne! She is a beautiful puppy!
Please show grooming an adult Lagotto. This video for Lagotto puppies is excellent!! Thank you!
Awesome groom, Suzanne! Luna is an adorable puppy and so lucky to have you as her groomer! Nice new table and work station.

Hi the coat looks so plush. must feel nice to pet the dog HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to you Suzanne miss you
Thank you for explaining how to keep the curl. I have two curly bichon/shih tzu mixes and I prefer the rustic curl look.
You are so welcome!
What kind of dremel are you using on the Lagotto Ramagnolo??
1:05:22 posing for the cam. She’s so sooo sweet!!
Beautiful lagotto groom, I don’t like freshly groomed lagottos but u left just enough hair to still be super cute
Thank you 🤗

Hi Suzanne- love watching you groom, especially puppies. You are amazing! Thank you for sharing your skills ❤
She is gorgeous. And to be calm in the end is amazing but it’s all about the groomer who knows how to interact with the fur babies.
Absolutely perfect...you are just amazing Suzanne!
I have never seen this breed before. She looks like a Poodle mix. Very cute.
Loved to watch you work your magic on this pup !! She looks fabulous, great job.
Thank you so much!
Ooops I'm sorry I just noticed the Mirror!!!
Wow your work station has changed , Suzanne , will you put a mirror there?? Very nice
I was using a new team members station that I am setting up. Taking it for a trial run.
What a great groom. Your patience is aspiring. ❤
What a Beauty. again you did great job Suzanne and its the first time I see you do a Lagotto, Amazing!!
Many thanks!
A bit exaggerated! Far too long a procedure for the little one.
A langotto that doesn't like water is strange.
Have fun
