Thanks for uploading this. Just bought a 2018 GSX-S1000 with the Puig windscreen installed, and it was rattling a lot. Previous owner installed incorrectly, and I wasn't sure about how to take apart. Appreciate it!
Hello, real good looking bike, I had a GSXR 600 for 2 years. Now I'm looking for a GSX S 1000 and not sure what to take, I really liked naked bike, they're better looking IMO but I like going 200+ (KMH) on secure and safe roads of course, have you try it at maximum speed ? How's the wind and driving? Thanks mate
Hi, I've had my S1000 up over 150mph (240kmh) quite a lot. The wind is still pretty violent of course but it's a HUGE improvement over not having one. Without a windshield once I hit 140mph or so the wind would begin trying to lift me out of the seat, I no longer have any issue with that at all. I was also only able to get the bike up to around 157 without the windshield. With the windshield I can reach the full 162mph that it is limited to without issue. For normal riding at 50-80mph the wind is removed from your chest and fatigue is greatly reduced. I've ridden nearly 600 miles in a day on this bike and, while still tired, it was not bad at all.
I love it, it takes all the wind off of hitting you in the chest. Also stops wind from trying to lift you off the bike at 140+. Normal cruising it doesn't do a whole lot but at highway speeds I can definitely tell a difference. Much less fatigue on long rides.
@@47MasoN47 thx for the input. I just picked up my new 2020 GSXS 1000 and had to drive it 4 hours home. On the highway. Around 85-90 it was extremely tiring. Thx again

I really appreciate it. It helped me to install the windscreen.^^
Hi, have you got a link to the screen please? I like it but maybe in darker tint. Thanks
I bought mine from RevZilla.com

After riding it around what would your assessment of it be? Does it work?
