    Aim Tip:
-Try mastering high recoil guns because if you can control those, you can control anything else
-For sniping, use a gun with small hitbox like outlaw because it will force you into the habit of aiming higher. Also using marksman with ironsight drastically improves crosshair placement :)

Something that i do to do improve my aim is turn off aim assist for a while and on it back when i feel my aim is good enough and also go in the training mode and memorize the recoil of the weapon of ur choice and watch u dominate in rank and also practice ur movement

    • @skullsalt

all guns have different recoil pattern, codm's recoil system isnt too hard to master, just enough play time and your good.
and for the second one if you wanna be good with sniper, using the sniper you'll actually want to use is the best you can do, playing and using sniper all the time is the best to be good at it, there is no shortcuts.

Simple yet effective aim tip: Pre-aim every corner, headglitch or entrance and learn to flick onto enemies as soon as you see them. Thanks :)

    Some aiming tips:
-practice your flicks, crosshair placement and snapping etc in practice range or pubs
-find your sens(whichever is comfortable for you and don’t copy other’s sens because their fingers might be stronger or weaker than yours).
-put either the settings or emote or running button as your crosshair for better aim
-if your trying to kill someone from long range try to aim using ur joystick
-hip fire if the enemy is so close to you and ads when they are 5m+ away from you
-pre aim every corner and angle even if they aren’t there(just in case)
-walk when you want to flank someone or takeover the obj so they don’t hear u
    -play behind cover

    Some aim tips.
    1. Keep your crosshair in the middle.
    - Make sure it’s not too high because if you spot an enemy, you will need to flick down meaning there is a high chance you will get killed.
    - Make sure it’s not too low because you will need to flick down once you spot an enemy. Also giving u less reaction time.
    2. Don’t press too hard on your screen.
    - Make sure to not press too hard on your screen as it might effect your flicks.
    - Press lightly on your screen so you will be able to flick more freely.
    3. Set a 4 or more finger hud.
    - It could be harder to aim if you have a 2 finger hud because you will have to press so many buttons at the same time.
    4. Find your own sensitivity.
    - It’s better to not copy other players or content creator’s sensitivity as they may have different play styles than you.
    - Find a sensitivity that is not too high and not too low.
    - Practice playing with your sensitivity in hardpoint in shipment. Change your sensitivity if you feel that it’s not right.
    5. Use manual scoping.
    - Use manual scoping because you won’t have to wait for the delay that comes tap to fire.
    - If you are a sniper main, manual scoping can help you with quick scoping.
    - You can use tap to fire in CQC situations.
    That’s all I guess.

  • @fate1016
    @fate1016 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Tip:
    1. Knowing when to sprint or to walk
    - Sprinting can give out your position to nearby enemies and can anticipate you when you slide peek, so you walk when you know an enemy is nearby so they don't hear you or you should walk in places where enemies usually enter from
    2. Understanding your enemies playstyle
-At the start of the match you wouldn't know which path the enemies would go, Example: On hardpoint standoff the enemy can go to the back alley to try to flank (People who usually flank use high fire rate weapons or close ranged weapons like the mac-10 or the shotgun), at the tractor going to the tank (They usually try to hold the map or map controlling to help the objs win the point) or they may hold at their base as an anchor (Anchors usually use long ranged weapons like the holger with low recoil and high mag size). Since you can assume that at least one of the enemy players would use this playstyle you can counter them by playing on a position where they are vulnerable and/or exposed to your point of view examples of these are headglitches and corners (In ranked matched most people don't usually peek their corners as a result of them getting backstabbed).

    Simple Aiming tip:
Try to align your crosshair first to the moving target before you ADS because the distance your swipe can cover changes when scoping in. If you decide to scope in first and then align your crosshair mid-animation, you might not have enough screen space to cover enough distance to reach on the target. Hope this helps, especially to phone players.

    Thanks Kith as always
Some aiming tips that helped me:
    1. Pre-aim with any gun, especially with a sniper. In my observation of some really good players like Ferg, he likes to jump from cover to cover and pre-aim the spots where he predicts people may come
    2. Get into a good muscle memory with your own sensitivity so you can flick in time
    3. Aim at the chest level with a big hit box and sometimes the recoil brings in headshots
    4. Tap firing at long ranges really help
    5. Hip fire at extremely close range and sometimes you can slide behind the opponent then ads or turn to ads when the opponent try to back away from you a little
    6. Not really part of the aiming process but if you can predict where people may hide like next to the window on the second floor in Nuketown, you can try to wall bang them
Also, I am not sure if you’ve covered this before, but I would love if you can dissect some maps in the future videos on places to peek, jump, wall bang etc. Just a thought :)

For aiming tips I would say place your aim finger on ur screen in way that only the smallest surface area of your finger controls your aim it helps improve flick consistency since it reduces the friction and pressure on the phone also for people who like long range gun fights when u get used to where the center of your screen is I would suggest removing the center button because it can be obstructive and force you to use red dot sights

"Your aim is only as good as your movement."
Remember to always get yourself to cover and an advantageous position. Never try to take gunfights in a disadvantage, and always master syncing your movement with your aim. Always know when you have to stop or continue swiping your finger, always adjust your aim and always find good vantage points. All in all, the best way to defeat an enemy is to beat them in their own game. ~Benji

Ok so i dont follow many tips for my aim but here is something i always tend to do : I have always leaned myself towards pre-aiming being an passive player , instead of practicing hours and hours on flicking and all other stuff i just learned their basics , and instead went on to practice and remembering the positioning , spwans , player mentality and how they take work around situtations , and most imp making perfect use of the MINI-MAP . U dont need to have crazy ass aim if u are smart enough to know where enemies will be to just put ur crosshair there.

I usually play 2 games of FFA shipment to warm up my aim before hopping into ranked:
First Game: 10 Kills with Locus and DLQ
Second Game: 10 Kills with whichever two guns are currently meta
I usually change this depending on whether I'm going to play respawns or SnD. For example, I'll use the Locus and get 20 kills since the hitbox makes it harder than the DLQ and reminds me to aim up.
If I need to warmup for respawns, I usually try to use an SMG and try to die as little as possible in a FFA Shipment.
I also ask for 1v1s in World Chat whenever I want to practice my snipes, as it helps me learn to be consistent with my shots instead of missing a lot in 1v1s, which can help in tough situations in SnD.

    Aim tip:
-must always maintain cross air placement about stomach leven and up never looking at the ground.
-when slide peaking you must ads before canceling your slide and aim stair at where you expect your opponent’s to be.
-sniper tip is to practice with outlaw and spr because the hit boxes are smaller and that will make aim higher having more precision over time.

To practice aim for sniping, go training mode, spawn 1 bot or the max amount and try to quickscope them. Put your crosshair on the bot, scope in, predict where they will be (just experience will help you predict where they will be) and while scoping in move left or right, or wherever you think they will be next and then shoot, repeat a dozen times and then play a game, hardpoint shipment is good for this as it is a close range map but also try long range maps like high-rise, as for me personally I struggle at precisely aiming on someone far away

For aiming I like to pre aim with my Sniper when I slide to a possible enemy position and keep my sprint button in the centre to get a feel of the crosshair .
Also do training mode alot try quick scoping on the farthest moving target in the traing ground .and try to mimic the movement of the target with your crosshair dot to help you get a feel of how to track enemies while shooting . In the starting track while standing and then try tracking while moving jumping sliding .

Aim tip: for a 180° turn you use 1 swipe. By doing this you'll be able to track enemies even in close range, and you have more chance to react from being hitted in the back.
I never used practice range for flicks, they are too robotic, so I increased my aim by just playing in ranked

Memorize and familiarize the recoil control of the gun you wanna use.
Practice aiming at the head while strafing in practice range to be able to counter head glitches when needed. (I don't advise rushing head glitched players though).
Use the side of your thumb instead of your whole thumb to reduce drag and to have a better and more comfortable aim.

  • @akeu1584
    @akeu1584 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    aim tip:
Always remember that good aim isn't always fancy light speed flicks, just be calm with your aim and you will hit more shots, be smooth with your aim.
If you feel like your aim isn't good enough, you can use aim trainers, personally i use aim champs but you use whatever you like.
Master recoil control, if you have bad recoil control then your good aim means nothing.
If you find yourself not having good aim even when aim training, don't be discouraged, its a lot like body building, you wont see results in weeks or even months, just keep training and have patience, you cant master aiming in 1 day, a week, a month, or even a year.
Also don't spend too much time aim training because if you have no gamesense, your aim is going to waste.
Just have fun, even if you don't train your aim, it will gradually improve by just playing the game and having fun.

    Aiming tips
My personal ones I have learnt from players from different games, and content creators and pro players
    1. Preaim and prefire
While peeking, its best to pre do anything as you have peekers advantage
    2. Mastering basics
Basics includes crosshair placement, movement, and knowledge of the map or gamemode
    3. I find a lot of people rarely say this, find your own sensitivity
Please for the love of god, get your own sensitivity, I followed someone's, actually a lot of ppl's sensi and realise that they dont suit me, so I decided to take my time in training ground getting my own sensi, and realise that I'm a suitable for high sensi gyro with a medium sensi finger swipe, but find your own sensi
    4. Decrease your response time
I personally use ffa(free for all) to try and get used to back stab and always try to respond as fast as I can, and this is something less people talk about, this is also a good way to get diamond skins if you grinded the gold already 😏
    5. Practice
Well, even after what I said, practicing all those, is a MUST, and you have put effort in practicing your aim, the thing about good aim, is that you can respond to anything at the best of your abilities, which is increased by practicing
    Good luck out there soldier!

The most important factor of repositioning and re-centering with a sniper is slide canceling beside the opponent. Whilst he is on his feet, trying to flick onto you, you can adjust your bad centering at first and blank scope the player.

As I am a sniper main in codm gerena, here are some using tips to improve your aim.
    1. Practice in training mode with the bots set to maximum difficulty as possible, start with easy slowly to Asian difficulty. Try your best to shoot the down with your sniper rifle or marksman rifle.
    2. Find your perfect sense, this will help you to do flicks in emergency situations.
    3. Practice tracking, this can be done by simply track the moving targets in training mode.
    4. Do sniper warm ups in kill house in public matches. This might sound silly cause bots have the easies movement in the game, but I found out that after some updates to bots, their move might actually change depending in your skill level. This will train you to be always prepare for the unexpected.
Hope this help out a ton.

On the last tip:I think some may have in mind..."why wait, codm is a fast pace game" I think waiting can be paired with game sense, while you wait or repositioning, take a slight of time to get info from hud like bullets left in current mag and the gun, also the map and standing(scores),maybe also look at kill feed on the side to see if teamate is making advance(moving forward along with some teammates) so that you can know where the next spawn site will be and get an easy spawn trap and maybe nuke just by Kill, wait and take info, retreat or reposition so on and so on

    10. Always use headglitches if there is one near
    11. When sniping, master sliding(slide cancel isn't necessary)

Some more tips ( cause I didn't gave them before and now regret it, OBVIOUSLY) :-
    1) Counter what you do - If you camp at a particular corner and are familiar with, always check that corner or angle first. You aren't the only one who's got that smarty pants. Just know what you do is what others do as well so know how to counter your play style to counter other's.
    2) Dragging practice - You won't have a perfectly placed crosshair every time. Take some time off and pick up a good marksman rifle and practice your flicks. You don't need to be Siloh, just learn how much dragging and/or tracing is needed and where your iron sight or crosshair or reticle will land after dragging and/or tracing just so you get that kill.
    3) One enemy at a time - A kill at a time is the meta. Don't try to take fight where you know you'll get pinched or gang-banged. Avoid those routes and angles. And it's better to kill one person at a time then the other, than trying to hit your shot between them just cause you think you'll get a neat collateral only to die cause that bullet just hit the horizon. Sniper mains will find it relatable.
    4) Don't be scared that you'll die - It's not like you'll die irl, so keep that confidence up and play how you want to and kd isn't crap. You are gonna enjoy the game in which you had a 0.9 kd where you played freely than the one in which you had 2.3 kd and played as if you'll shit yourself if a bulled hits you.
    5) You are wasting your time reading my tips.

2:14 lmao i tell this to to my team every time we play and it always leads me becoming a meme with my friends
anyways here is my aim tips
    i cannot stress this enough
1.know a guns recoil if you are a jack of all trades guy or very flexibke simply knowing recoil on a gun can improve you're spray transfers try it out yourself use an Ak-47 and sit in a powerposition at first it may seem hard to flick with its constant vertical recoil but if you master it makes you better at hitting those montage shots
2.aim head level for the mechanically gifted or agro players there aiming head level and not torso or stomach level increases time to kill significantly i came from tactical shooter games and aiming head level and win you gun fights you aren't supposed to win (this depends on the gun btw you dont have to do i all the time)
3.turn off aim assist and play rank and do aim drills i promise turning it back on makes you feel like a pro

A tip I find useful for aim practice/practicing a new HUD layout is to get a friend to "bully" you. Your friend use a gun/gun category that has an advantage against yours (e.g. AR against shotgun, SMG against sniper etc.)
If not go to a shipment hardpoint with a stacked opponent to practice aim. Having no attachments do also aid in familiarity with the gun.

Tip: don't wait to shoot your enemies even if you're not seeing them or they aren't in your line of sight, if you know they're probably in a part of the map, or coming from a specific side of the map.
Ex: in the first hardpoint of Hackney Yard, you know enemies will gather over B, inside that sort of garage. Why put youself in their line of sight in order to shoot them, if you can just shoot through the wall, knowing they'll be there to be shot? Of course, better be done with LMGs, or ARs with RM perk, or snipers.
Another example: Firing Range in domination mode, if they're taking A, why not shoot through the house with yellow woodwalls near A, from the center of the map, in order to hit whoever is taking A?

My tips for aiming: Learn to place your thumb quickly to its default position everytime you change your crosshair's placement so you won't get caught off guard when an opponent appears. When using a gun with a high vertical recoil, place your thumb a bit higher than its normal position on your phone's screen so that you still have enough space to control your gun's vertical recoil.

Good tip. We all see people playing like gods, but we don't know how they manage their crosshair placement with their thumb, if they're constantly letting their thumb off the screen to readjust, or if they play without lifting their thumb that much.

I have a aim tip if you use a smg like pps it best to be a bit far and hiding because the challenge is you winning 100% or 50 if you use ar you must slide always when seeing the person because you have a better chance of killing more people faster and with smg so ya if you one to aim play hard point and far maps that all

    works for me:
if you aim using your thumb and you don't use gyro, make sure you put your thumb it in a specific spot on the screen where you're comfortable at to make your aim consistent.
If you start shooting when your thumb is let's say on the edge of the screen or near the middle, you'll find it hard to aim at the enemy because your thumb is not in a comfortable spot.
One optional practice I did is that I placed my shoot button at a specific area near my thumb so that my thumb will always remember to reposition to that area where I'm comfortable at for a consistent aim regardless of what movement or swipe I do.
    hope this helps!!!

Aiming tip: when first learning to play with snipers, you want to have a very low scope sensitivity. This will help your crosshair placement.
However when you feel like your placement has improved enough, you can opt for having a bit higher scope sensitivity. This can potentially help with tracking enemies and flickshots. It’s also nice to have since people have very high movement speed these days. Most important is that you get very precise with your perfect scope sensitivity

    - try fixing your sensitivity each 3 or 4 games

    Aim tip:
Movements can affect your aim, so don't be a snake and do simple movement (if can)
crosshair placement is pretty popular so I won't explain.
But for me I always place crosshair on where I expect my enemy will come
In each codm season there is a new meta, or like after 2 season a new meta comes, now it depends
If SMG take over codm then you will need to practice flicking your crosshair (Spray transfer)
But if it's a long range meta like now, it's better to spot (or expect) where enemy will come, and preaim or prefire, for me preaim helps me if I'm playing passive.
    and the opposite for prefire
Bonus tip: as a gyro player, I do reccomend trying gyro or use gyro, because it's very easy to control high recoil gun

Very nice tips. The best aiming tip I can give is go to the target range in game. You can put bots in the area too now. Get familiar with your guns in your loadouts and learn the recoil and the speed the gun moves at when you are ads'ing. This where you can practice flicks, accuracy, movement to firing etc. Take full advantage of it. Always try to chain the most targets possible, in the least amount of time.

Like the other tips that is doable in practice or Multiplayer I haven't seen a person that said : do it with a friend or a partner I know other people there have no one to practice with but if they do. I advised to practice with them with like practicing a certain situation that involves another player like a one vs one situation or a encounter with one, like the other tips you can tell that to the other person and test how of an adaptable person you two are in that situation like just a 1v1 and try to improve both of you two's aiming skills (also just add the other tips and tricks on the concoction you will have an interesting practicing or 1v1 with that other person )

    well as a garena player i know I'm a one of them who using a krm but I really don't use often much but the best aiming tip for that is by control it down like example controlling the mac 10 recoil which is hard so I suggest to make a balance a built for that if the gun is slightly kick off the recoil but without that you can control it by simply control down at first shot then stop ads then do again that's how I manage gun fight also I'm using the mac 10 which is good tip :}
(wash your hand then dry a little bit of minute before controlling the recoil would be the best for rank pusher and makes the hand not sweat and loosing the aiming sights to the enemy )

Get into the habit of placing your crosshairs into a certain spot in each wall so that when you peek in the open, your crosshairs are already centered onto the area you want to aim at. One thing I Learned from a friend on codm is that if no one playing obj and all they want is slaying and dying forget them and play foryourself if they don't want to adjust then u need to adjust and do the 2 roles You can play for yourself or do the 2 roles become a obj and a anchor and if no one really wants to help you on capturing and they always die do the samething play for your self that way if you lose you don't get too much deduction

Try aiming at longe range targets and flying objects in the training ground. And try to focus on tracking at longer range. And try of spend less ammo as possible to eliminate your target.

Also, I try to get atleast 8 hours of sleep. I find it pretty important as to how I perform during scrims. Sleeping gives my mind the rest it needs, resulting to better performance.

How to get better aim (based on my experience):
-Use burst weapons except for burst shotguns, usually burst weapons are quite hard to control and sometimes missing a shot will cost you your life. From my experience, doing this will give you that mindset that you need to make every bullet count.
-Find your sensitivities or consistently use the sensitivity you are comfortable with. Changing your sensitivities often will only lead to inconsistency.
-Stop rushing with a melee weapon and expect to develop better aim with shotguns or snipers.
    BONUS:
-Never rely on the Disabled perk if you are only playing a normal ranked match. If you want extra challenge, try killing sweaty zigzag krm mains without Disabled. It will cost you some ranked points but I think it's worth it. I get to use a Granulated grip tape instead of Disabled. I'm not an AR or LMG main btw, I rarely use those guns.
