1. No offline customer service, after purchase if any problem means u need to contact customer support is super good no problem. (Recently my remote not working, so I contact and purchased )
2. It's ur personal wish dha bro, na flipkart la dha purchase panna card offer oda no problem for me. Brand warranty 1year bro u need to pay for additional 2years if required

Vu👎👎👎👎 never take vu….maximum 2 years it will run after warranty period display will not function company will ask 20 k for service …with that money you will get a new tv itself😢😢😢😢i am Dr Arun me and my many friends also had same issue …..please do not choose this cheap quality product just raise your budget and go for a branded product like LG Samsung Sony Panasonic etc that’s best ….
More than 2years am using no issue still.. yeah if budget is not concern then surely go for samsung LG etc...
