Weird problem with that third elevator, you can hear some relays clicking but it isn't doing it. It seems like the controller is trying but some condition isn't beeing satisfied. When you stepped out, it seemed to have moved just a little bit, just enough for it to be out of the unlock zone. I noticed that it makes a rattling sound when it's moving, that doesn't seem right.

The door was also locked when i was inside the elevator. It only opened when i pushed the STOP button
