This department store opened in its current form in 1930, the elevators were manual at that time. In 1982, they were rebuilt with automatic doors and Kone classic fixtures and in 2005, they were rebuilt again.

Love these elevators. I watched them in the Farmers dept store in Auckland (nz). They were manual so required an operator complete with white gloves. Great memories!

It is MiniSpace, MonoSpace is MRL, MiniSpace is MMR, those most likely have EcoDisc MX18 motors in the machinerooms, and yes, they would have gone with Mono if it was a new install.

Well bros, I don't know now, it seems like Mono since it has only 9 floors and signalization seems that way but there are 5 lifts working in harmony so these could be minispace I don't know :)

The floor indicator is a bit inaccurate

The Kone LCE logic tells the indicator to show the next floor the lift could stop at. For example the lift is between the floors 3 and 4 going up. The indicator shows floor 5, because it is too late for the lift to slow down and stop at floor 4. These lifts go 3 m/s and it takes them about 4,5 m to slow down from full speed
