    Sir by identifying the specific bands on the auto radiography how can we the person is suffering from inherited disease
    I have understood the importance of rflp through ur video. But now what is the difference between individual 1 and individual 2
    If there is only one restriction site , that means he is suffering from disorder?? Bcoz the normal individual have 2 restriction sites is it crct sir?

    Where we get probe & how to predict that complementary sequence which is for templt strand?

    • @bioscience6853
      @bioscience6853  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You will have nucleotide sequence to that template strand right!!! Observe those nucleotides (AGTC) Then according to that sequence select the complementary sequenced strand

    Sir,My University(CSJMU) is holding objective pattern paper for final year students this year due to pandemic which is completely new to me.
    If you have,kindly provide me objective questions of
    1. Molecular biology and genetic engineering
    2. Plant and animal biotechnology
    3. Industrial and environmental biotechnology
