I miss when AC games used to take place in dense cities instead of whole countries. Ezio trilogy remains peak.

yeah i would prefer AC1 too,i was just saying that if they do it,it would be amazing,but since Ubisoft is allegedly doing an AC4 Remake i guess we’ll have to wait a lot of time for it.
@@AndreaVP_AC Exactly its Ubisoft we are talking about. They have a history of fucking up their games. Lets hope that they do not mess up the remakes.
AC2 was across an entire country already “Florence, Tuscany, Venice, Forli, Rome, etc”. I bet you if they had the technological assets we have today, they would have made an entire rendition of Italy with as many villages, towns along with the cities we know and love.
Personally I don’t think having huge maps is a problem, it’s when you have meaningless content and lots of space with nothing to do in that huge map, then it becomes boring. With these older games you were fast travelling between each city to cut out wasted time.
I remember when I payed it for the first time... The city of rroma felt so alive.

Out of all the games in the trilogy, this one stands as my favorite and I do not have a clear reason why
