    Gurgaon real estate community is buzzing with news of a substantial Rs100-crore transaction involving a 10,000 square feet apartment at The Camellias by DLF on Golf Course Road. A few months back, a similarly sized apartment in the same location was sold for Rs 60 crore. The notable increase in luxury real estate costs in Gurgaon and affluent areas of Delhi has elevated the prices of high-end apartments in the southwestern suburb and mansions in the Lutyens zone, now rivalling the rates seen in Mumbai's prestigious neighbourhoods, where the cost per square foot has exceeded Rs1 lakh.

      @@budhrajarahul3 yes true🙂 but because of security of gated complex, amenities and services, unrestricted views, like-minded neighbours, full power backup etc. Everything would be perfect if they build 9.2 earthquake proof highrises as they do in US and Japan (to give people the mental comfort). The buildings being built now are supposed to be upto 6.5 earthquake proof, though Delhi NCR mainly gets tremors in the range of 1 to 3 intensity because of quakes in surrounding areas. If you remember the intense 9.1 earthquake in Japan few years back, most people died from the tsunami but not a single skyscraper was damaged unlike all the buildings collapsing in Turkey for a much lesser quake.

      @@budhrajarahul3 pata nahin.. agree to some extent. But I will always prefer a flat in Gurgaon (now am talking specifically about this city) unless it's a villa in a gated complex, with 24hr power backup with a clubhouse, gym and parks etc in the complex. Even then with same square footage, would prefer a flat on a slightly higher floor (no mosquitoes bugs etc). In Delhi, would prefer a house because flats are not in good complexes with amenities like in Gurgaon.

      @@user-ft6sk1qw3s I am living in a, low rise society, mosquito issue can be handled because we have netted doors, it's like a villa.. And everything you mentioned.. Personally I don't like high rise as I don't like their aesthetic and gurgaon is not a place to boast about high rise.. For that better move to mumbai.. The only point is, gurgaon is boring and it has only materialistic places to enjoy.. Delhi is much diverse in terms of cultural and historical places. I am not a gym or club lover.. I am nature lover... Now same type of villa complex if you go in delhi it will cost you a bomb.. So that's y people move to gurgaon.. I hate the hypocrisy when they boast about their lifestyle.. I never show off and all my friends feel I am living a good life here.. But i tell them that delhi is much better if you have good budget.. Rest 80% of delhivale bas naam k delhi vale hai.. They are living in crowd.. Talk about vasant vihar, jor bagh, lutyens, haus khaz, panscheel.. This is what I call a dream life.. Rest are jugadu life

    Many thousands family in Noida and NCR still not getting there flats after 10 to 20 years of payment to the builders.

      Never buy flat in under construction project. Buy flats which are ready for occupation.

      never buy flat under construction and flats from Lodha builders .I too suffered and I brought another from hiranandini. better not to make mistakes again

    I live in gurgaon only. The prices have shot 30 to 50 % only for New areas like golf course extension road and Dwarka Xpressway. Also to note that prices were stagnant in these areas from last 4 years. So this is exaggerated news, probably pumped by builder lobby. The tile is highly off the mark. As per income tax deaprtment only 1,69,890 people earned more than One crore a year in India. And here 1 lakh people buy 5 crore plus flats every year in Delhi NCR only :). What a mockery of whole system, what a ineffecient and corrupt governments.
    Modi ji ne 56 inch ka seena keval income tax rebates increase na karne main dikhaya. Builders sabke pyaare hain, chahe Congress ho ya BJP.

    Is it so sad to notice that property prices and interest rates are touching such heights in India. Where the basic amenities are still missing for common middle class man where the unemployment is still high where health expenditure is touching higher limits were inflation plus tax inflation are unbearable where for the last 10 years no considerable increment in salary compared to inflation in each and every sector. I wonder where our country is heading towards.

      When you sell your stocks in a company the money you get in return is not taxable if you buy a property. Trust me no matter what kind of society comes up in Gurgaon nothing can match the area and view that Camelia has to offer. Its not going anywhere.

    That’s a Proxy deal ..done by builder…to justify the rates of up coming launch on GCR

      so in this Proxy deal, the builder has spent the Stamp paper charges or not ? Builders do such things to inflate artificially and then later on from upcoming transactions. Karma will play back on them too. This cheating by such builders.

    E auction 15/10 23, same plots prices increased to 2.68 crore and 2.53 crore respectively, that is, increment of close to 35% in a period of one month!!!

    This person is saying at 4.51 , there are more than 25000 ppl who have net worth of 125 million dollars or more. ie.e. roughly 1000 cr more.... can anyone verify? I checked and fig was approx 1400 ppl....

      1000 cr is nothing. I personally know many people in my circle having ~100 + crores who have mid sized factories and dont file any taxes.

I mean dude if i would have 100 crore, then i would have purchased a 50 crore bungalow in jor bagh or chankaypuri in Delhi nearby lutyens which is known for greenery and peace.. Then with remaining 50 crore i would just chill doing nothing.. Damn man these people go to boring gurgaon with robotic life and just for superficial lifestyle😂
