@@bingus9813 there's no way this is gonna get implemented in near future since most people don't have good enough pcs/consoles. Not only that the environment in the games are gonna be heavier thus not gonna happen nearby unless somehow a game balances the enivorments, I graphics and water perfectly to make it playable
Downloaded the demo myself and can't believe how well it runs on my outdated system. 144-600FPS. Can't believe the attention to detail in the water too. Different colors for puddles, streams, rivers and oceans, the dynamic foam when it gets rougher. The current system is probably the most impressive. Water able to be going 2 different directions at once, the top moving in-land and under the water moving back out to sea, forming whirlpools and riptides dynamically. Never seen another game or tech demo do anything similar Idk how you find all these cool demos and games, but keep it up! You've given me hours of physics toys to play around with!
@@bahshas Windows 7 Ultimate gaming PC with an AMD FX-8350 quad core CPU from 2013, 24gb DDR3 and an RTX 2070 Super. This PC SHOULD NOT be able to run this tech demo, let alone at 144fps+
The ripples when characters are in the water looks about the same as you see it in every other Game, but the waters Interaction with the environment looks more accurate than even some blender fluid simulations even if the shoreline is super smooth.
im fucking late but btw i download it and it was awesome the water effects are better than rdr2 they have almost the same thing but its not really perfect but its good
Hope to see these physics implemented into games in the near future, cool!
Maybe 10 years later yeah
@@LOCIRUS way sooner than 10 years

Some nice 3D ripple effects on that and this will most certainly be the most realistic video game water.
