But even the Celine Dion/Josh Groban duet is available for purchase, as well as the Donnie McClurkin/Yolanda Adams duet. I heard this song after the passing of my Father, Mother and Grandmother who all died within a 5 year time period. My grief overwhelmed me and I really didn't have much in the way of hope or peace. I could not adequately express myself in prayer to God. All I could do was cry. This song more than expressed my feelings. It touched on everything I wanted to say and gave me the words to cry out in my time of need. I have heard different variations of "The Prayer" and yet I do not think anyone can truly top this version of it. Honestly I am awed at the harmony and the flawless performance of both singers. They have touched my life and heart and I am truly grateful to be able to experience this song through their voices.

She is not nasally as some others, but her voice, which some have likened to screaming, is anything but.
