Would you recommend using the Deal module on a recurring sale? for example if I sell an item to the client, 3 months later I want to call them back and sell them another of the same item, how do you revive the data you got from the clients in the last deal? i don't want to request all their bank info and company info again, and if the data is stored in the deal how do you make a new deal?
a few things: 1) yes, you need to have multiple deals per client. If its the same deal then clone it and you done. 2) you can keep one accounting profile in zoho books and reuse it for all your deals.

Is there a way to reset Zoho One to remove all the contacts in Zoho CRM in one go? Example: I received a call from a new customer I save the new customer's details to my Google Contacts on my phone and I can then immediately access this new contact on my PC or any device through Chrome Google Contacts which automatically shows the customer's Google physical address and any email history. I can then immediately email the customer multiple quotes in one email. But I cannot do this with Zoho 🤦♀

Says CRN in video picture. Zoho CRM only syncs Google Contacts once a day which is useless.
