500 subscribers no videos It's actually not that bad of a lineup in my opinion. Yeah there's only one good new coaster, but it's going to a park that desperately needed it, and the flat ride and water park additions aren't that bad at all.

I was hyped, you know super manège has been stuck for 2 hours with people in it in the air. I was like, yeah any ride would be better than that ride. RAPACE INC so the restraint failed and it stopped on the lift hill. Like it’s supposed to do if that happens. Sounds scary for sure, but no one was in any danger
@@FermeAMemes I know people that work there, what actually happened is that an employee forgot to lock the harnesses on one wagon, and the sensors on the lift hill detected it as soon as that wagon passed by. The ride was running perfectly fine

the theme is still wrong for that area, should've saved that for over by El Toro, and also too many airtime hills, should've kept low to the ground giga style and for speed, the park already has Nitro-B&M hyper tons of floater airtime and El Toro-tons of ejector airtime, that's not needed. But at least the inversions are fitting and it isn't just a RMC raptor basic clone (which would've been way worse since it'd be redundant of green lantern then which is already in turn redundant of bizzaro).
OneAndOnlySound Nah I’m actually really happy with the theme. The Jersey Devil is one of the most famous myths everyone in New Jersey knows about. It was missing a ride themed to it
OneAndOnlySound they chose that area of the park because it’s literally in the woods a.k.a the Pine Barrens where the mythological Jersey Devil lurks. It wouldn’t have meshed well with the El Toro side of the park because it’s not a Western theme.
I think y'all are sleeping on SFOT's addition. A thrilling water coaster (that's received praise in Belgium) is a great fit for our park considering how hot it gets down here (and that old ride was getting gross). The only main concern though is the capacity, especially since it seems we're forgoing the turntable. There's also the fact they're still counting El Diablo as a coaster (thus calling Aquaman our 15th rather than 14th).
I'm happy about this one! I was just at SFOT, and I thought it was weird that there was only one water ride in the park. Cool to see another one coming :)

I think the line up for 2020 is great. I can’t wait for the Jersey Devil Coaster in NJ. I wish Hurricane Harbor In NJ would get something like a water coaster. At the ending of the video when the Christmas section plays 5:53 listen closely to the music playing. It sounds like Six Flags stole the bell tower ringtone from Apple and slapped it in the video.
Man I love this year, every park beside MM got an amazing ride. Excited for all of them. Especially Jersey Devil,Aquaman, and Dare Devil in feiesta texas.
Okay, I just want to say that this is still a great announcement! I know it sucks that Frontier City and Magic Mountain got shafted. However, Frontier City is located in a smaller city and their water park down the street is getting an expansion, so it makes sense that the dry park doesn’t get anything. And I know it seems like Magic Mountain isn’t getting anything, but it’s the flagship park. It’s not like they aren’t going to invest ANY money into it for 2020. They are going to focus on internal improvements. Cedar Fair does that most years with their large parks. There’s some other pretty cool additions here too! Sidewinder Safari is a much needed mid sized coaster going into a dead area of SFDK, and they will also be getting a new animal exhibit to go with it! Six Flags Over Georgia is bringing two missed attractions, but with new twists. Facebook fans that you can tell aren’t coaster enthusiasts are excited about that. I was disappointed with Catwoman Whip at SFStL, but then I realized, I have never done one of those sky scraper rides before because they are always upcharges and I really don’t care to ride enough to pay. SFM and SFA are both getting what we expected them to, and they are fun! Same with SFOT. Jersey Devil of course looks amazing. Those water slides and water coasters look pretty bitching. SFNE is adding a really fun ride that will be replacing a worn out ride. Plus you can’t blame them for not adding a huge coaster when they literally just put up some marquee letters to tease. Finally, it’s great news that La Ronde is finally getting a new for them coaster! I know it’s not what everybody would want, but they are getting ride of an eyesore trashcan of a ride. Also, SFMM said that the ride would get new track wherever it went. Insane at Grona Lund is pretty good, maybe this will be good after a retrace. People need to just stop bitching about this additions. They will be fun and they are overall improvements to the park. Sure it would be nice to have coasters, but it’s nice that they are actually investing back into the parks.

Great Escape definitely deserves more imho. I haven't been there in years only because they haven't given the park a new coaster since Boomerang back in the early 2000's and I don't know if they've ever even given the park a unique custom coaster.

I know Brandon you're right but, If other parks are getting great attractions as L.A, San Antonio, and Chicago back 2 back for example. Six flags need to treat all parks equally that's all for example st. louis and especially in Canada. I prefer than 2 be innovative, just wait until you can invest in a extreme ride. So some of us don't be disappointed. As for Sfog they are revamping or upgrading two rides they have taken away from us like (the wheelie and shake rattle and roll) and now giving back to us. Anyway I rest my case. It's my home park and we always get cheated on as some other parks. It's been proven year after year.

Also, since six flags great America is my home park, I'm kinda bummed we didn't get anything dry. Like I'm super happy we get a record breaking water coaster but I was kind of hoping that they would get rid of one of their old flat rides like the rocking ship and place a pendulum there. We're really missing that insane flat ride that they can give. Especially after King Chaos got removed.

Fun Fact: The history of Poison Ivy at SFOG is surprisingly a relocated scrambler ride from SFGAdv that originally opened in 1978 until its removal in 2001. It would be relocated to SFOG for 2004 until its removal in 2010
Rode it earlier this year. Had a meh ride. Stand-up coasters have just not held up well over the years. The layout was fine (if I recall) but they are so rattly and headbangers. Rode Firebird (floorless conversion) at SFA this year too and there are some actually nice elements that are less rattly on the floorless trains. The entrance and exit to the vertical loop are just desperately in need of figuring out a way to smooth it out
Joseph Johnson i agree. I actually liked the layout but it was very painful. The head banging and the pain from standing. I enjoyed the ride the one time it didn’t hurt when I was on it.

OneAndOnlySound they chose that area of the park because it’s literally in the woods a.k.a the Pine Barrens where the mythological Jersey Devil lurks. It wouldn’t have meshed well with the El Toro side of the park because it’s not a Western theme.
I think y'all are sleeping on SFOT's addition. A thrilling water coaster (that's received praise in Belgium) is a great fit for our park considering how hot it gets down here (and that old ride was getting gross).
The only main concern though is the capacity, especially since it seems we're forgoing the turntable. There's also the fact they're still counting El Diablo as a coaster (thus calling Aquaman our 15th rather than 14th).

I think the line up for 2020 is great. I can’t wait for the Jersey Devil Coaster in NJ. I wish Hurricane Harbor In NJ would get something like a water coaster. At the ending of the video when the Christmas section plays 5:53 listen closely to the music playing. It sounds like Six Flags stole the bell tower ringtone from Apple and slapped it in the video.

Man I love this year, every park beside MM got an amazing ride. Excited for all of them. Especially Jersey Devil,Aquaman, and Dare Devil in feiesta texas.
Okay, I just want to say that this is still a great announcement! I know it sucks that Frontier City and Magic Mountain got shafted. However, Frontier City is located in a smaller city and their water park down the street is getting an expansion, so it makes sense that the dry park doesn’t get anything. And I know it seems like Magic Mountain isn’t getting anything, but it’s the flagship park. It’s not like they aren’t going to invest ANY money into it for 2020. They are going to focus on internal improvements. Cedar Fair does that most years with their large parks. There’s some other pretty cool additions here too! Sidewinder Safari is a much needed mid sized coaster going into a dead area of SFDK, and they will also be getting a new animal exhibit to go with it! Six Flags Over Georgia is bringing two missed attractions, but with new twists. Facebook fans that you can tell aren’t coaster enthusiasts are excited about that. I was disappointed with Catwoman Whip at SFStL, but then I realized, I have never done one of those sky scraper rides before because they are always upcharges and I really don’t care to ride enough to pay. SFM and SFA are both getting what we expected them to, and they are fun! Same with SFOT. Jersey Devil of course looks amazing. Those water slides and water coasters look pretty bitching. SFNE is adding a really fun ride that will be replacing a worn out ride. Plus you can’t blame them for not adding a huge coaster when they literally just put up some marquee letters to tease. Finally, it’s great news that La Ronde is finally getting a new for them coaster! I know it’s not what everybody would want, but they are getting ride of an eyesore trashcan of a ride. Also, SFMM said that the ride would get new track wherever it went. Insane at Grona Lund is pretty good, maybe this will be good after a retrace.
People need to just stop bitching about this additions. They will be fun and they are overall improvements to the park. Sure it would be nice to have coasters, but it’s nice that they are actually investing back into the parks.
Imagine saying every Six Flags park is getting something new in 2020.

Great Escape definitely deserves more imho. I haven't been there in years only because they haven't given the park a new coaster since Boomerang back in the early 2000's and I don't know if they've ever even given the park a unique custom coaster.

I know Brandon you're right but, If other parks are getting great attractions as L.A, San Antonio, and Chicago back 2 back for example. Six flags need to treat all parks equally that's all for example st. louis and especially in Canada. I prefer than 2 be innovative, just wait until you can invest in a extreme ride. So some of us don't be disappointed.
As for Sfog they are revamping or upgrading two rides they have taken away from us like (the wheelie and shake rattle and roll) and now giving back to us. Anyway I rest my case. It's my home park and we always get cheated on as some other parks. It's been proven year after year.

Also, since six flags great America is my home park, I'm kinda bummed we didn't get anything dry. Like I'm super happy we get a record breaking water coaster but I was kind of hoping that they would get rid of one of their old flat rides like the rocking ship and place a pendulum there. We're really missing that insane flat ride that they can give. Especially after King Chaos got removed.

Rode it earlier this year. Had a meh ride. Stand-up coasters have just not held up well over the years. The layout was fine (if I recall) but they are so rattly and headbangers. Rode Firebird (floorless conversion) at SFA this year too and there are some actually nice elements that are less rattly on the floorless trains. The entrance and exit to the vertical loop are just desperately in need of figuring out a way to smooth it out
Joseph Johnson i agree. I actually liked the layout but it was very painful. The head banging and the pain from standing. I enjoyed the ride the one time it didn’t hurt when I was on it.
