- The ANC says MK Party Parliamentary leader, Dr John Hlophe, should not be part of the Judicial Services Commission (JSC).
Secretary General, Fikile Mbalula, says the rules are mute regarding an impeached judge being on the JSC.
The ANC says the GNU partners must work together to clear up Parliamentary rules in this regard.
