My friend uses kyokotsu on her Shira too and I followed it and now when I see Nagi san uses kyokotsu on her I feel like I'm doing the right thing xD thank you!
the are no such a thing as wrong in onmyoji, you can literaly put any soul on your shiki and make it work, it just depends on what your playstyle, what team youre going for, you can put all fortune cat or all jizo or any soul you want, thats why onmyoji is so fun.

I’m not sure if I wanna go for fortune set or fenik set or nuri set or kyou set but I’m quite lost as to what exactly is the main focus for her. I only know hat she only needs 60 Crit but 70 crit for some soul set but 200 Crit dmg so I’m not sure which is the best
You don't usually build fortune cat shiranui because she's not built as a fast shiki. Nuri shiranui is more for pve. For pvp the most common builds are azure shiranui if she's a fixed shiki on your team or jizo for survivability. You can also use kyou or seductress if you want a strong shiranui for 2nf life, but it's not as flexible.

Seductress is more rng and can deal more than Kyokotsu but Kyokotsu is more reliable
