While I don't necessarily advocate chasing progressives, I just couldn't help myself after Jackpot Catcher crested the $1500 mark, which I've never seen before. Jackpot Catcher plays like Indian Dreaming which plays like Pompeii, with a Progressive feature added during the bonus.
The standard game is a "Reel Power" game which just means in order to win, you need to land the same symbols on adjacent reels from left to right: usually 3 but sometimes 2 depending on the symbol. Wild symbols appear on reels 2 and 4 only.
The bonus is triggered by landing 3, 4, or 5 bonus symbols on reels from left to right, starting with the leftmost reel for 10, 15, or 20 free games respectively. During the bonus, the wild symbol on reel 2 becomes a 3x multiplier and the wild symbol on reel 4 becomes a 5x multiplier. If they land together and are used in a winning combination, that's 15x times the standard win for that combination. Even at a $2.50 bet, during the bonus if you land the Top Symbol on reels 1, 3, and 5 and the wild symbols on reels 2 and 4, you are looking at a $3750 Jackpot Handpay!
What separates Jackpot Catcher from Pompeii and Indian Dreaming is that during the bonus, bonus symbols can become either purple or red, and at the conclusion of a spin where any bonus symbols land, an Eagle may appear and drop her feathers on a particular symbol. If that is a bonus symbol, you'll receive either the Minor Jackpot or Major Jackpot, depending on if the bonus symbol was purple or red! The eagle will more frequently appear when betting higher, Enjoy!

Great session! I have only played this a couple of times. How do you know beforehand if you are getting a progressive? You kept saying no as soon as eagle comes out. Thanks!
The eagles feathers have to land on one of the bonus symbols (the dream catchers) in order to get one of the progressives. You can kind of tell where its going before the feathers actually land. Took me a couple times seeing this game to understand it as well.
Someone pointed out that the eagle lands 3 spots in the direction it flies from where it starts, and they were correct!

Yeah, this one I attack when the Major is high! How long? That's a good question, hard to say. To be honest, I've been a player a long time, although I used to play more cards than slots, although now with this channel and a few years before, I've played the machines too! So I'd say fairly heavy the last maybe 8 years or so?
Well no Major, but still, a nice run. I probably would have walked away sooner , when you got to about 500 or so i would have said, you know what, I'm good I made enough off this let's go find another machine. way to stick with a hot machine though. That can be a hard game to get hits like that, it was nice to you.
I really was targeting that major: I figure it's about a 1 in 16 or 17 chance, if betting max, if the orange dream catcher appears!
