    Just got brand new juki DDL8700 it came all built up ready to sew. But it’s sewing backwards. To sew forward I need to press the backward lever. Am I doing something wrong or is the machine faulty. Thank you.

      Where did you purchase and what motor is on it?

    So I got one that is in Spanish that says aciete de maquina but it was packaged up very well and it says is toxic. Is industrial machine oil supposed to be toxic?

      I'm nervous to put it in my machine

      I would be too. It should not be toxic. Grab a non-toxic gallon on our site www.cutsew.com/1-gallon-sewing-machine-oil

    This is it? There's no other oiling anywhere on the head? My machine is squeaking as I sew, coming from somewhere around the needle.

    • @CutSew
      @CutSew  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is where you oil it. Where'd you get your squeaky machine from?

      @@CutSew from City Sewing. DDL8700-7. It hasn't been squeaky the entire time. I did just change the oil but it really wasn't that old. Whats weird is that the oil wick that sits in the left side of the oil pan is wet at the tip, but where it goes into the tube at the left side of the head its bone dry. Which... is weird.

    Would you possibly know why no matter what I do, my top thread doesn’t have much tension? I’ve tightened loosen, bought a new tension piece etc and still doesn’t work

      @@robbiedove6354 this will likely ruin your machine don’t listen to this tool box. Mineral oil or defrix #1 oil from Juki or white Lilly oil, anything else is terrible.
