When I'm ever in the UK again I'll try to visit him and I'd choose the front rows for sure. If I get roasted by a comedian then please by one of the best.
I saw Jimmy on one tour through Canada, and he opens the show with an invitation that the audience is welcome to heckle him as much as we wanted. The proviso being that the heckle be intelligent and we be prepared to get savaged. People sit as close as possible just so they can get his attention and torn apart by his quick wit. I've seen a lot of comedians and Jimmy Carr is one of the funniest of all that I've seen.
Jimmy's laugh is unique because he laughs on the in-breathe rather the out-breathe like most people. And the New Zealand joke was a reference to Lord of the Rings which was filmed in New Zealand
19:04... "You still having that problem with Saruman and his orc army?" "The Lord of the Rings" was filmed in New Zealand... that's what that was about. :)
I’ve been to see Jimmy a few times, try to go whenever he’s on tour, would recommend it to anyone who likes a good laugh. Best part about going to the smaller shows is that he will interact with the audience a lot more than he does for the filmed shows, and that’s saying something considering he already speaks to the audience a lot in the shows you see on TV. Plus, after the interval he usually comes out for the second half of the show armed with a clipboard and pen with new jokes he’s written but hasn’t tried yet, so you get to hear those jokes before anyone else, as well as hear the jokes that don’t make it in to the routine. He’ll stop after telling the joke to write someone on his clipboard, taking notes about how the joke landed. I know all comedians use smaller venues to test out new material but it’s rare to see them with a pen and pad taking notes. Most will just do the show and decide what worked and what didn’t after they’ve finished, so it’s cool to see the process live and see someone who doesn’t mind slowing everything down and letting the jokes breathe taking notes. Maybe that’s just me that enjoys that type of thing, but it’s cool.
A lot of European and Australian comics play off the crowd. Small shows in the US do the same but rarely big, recorded events and shows. Over there it is very common. Dara Ó Briain is a great Irish (if you couldn't guess by the name) comedian that makes every show different by messing with the crowd at each event.
The New Zealander answered Jimmy. Most of Lord of the Rings was filmed in New Zealand. Jimmy made a reference to Sauron, the evilest bad guy in Lord of the Rings.
If u love to see improv interaction with audience some of the old dara O'Brian stand up is amazing for that, havnt seen anyone else react to them as well can find the whole thing on TH-cam, very old so hope won't get wammered by copyright 😊👍
G'day!!!We went to Jimmy's show here in Australia on Friday and he is simply brilliant and yes he will find audience members to "use" as part of the show...Cheers!
As a bit of a UK/US crossover involving Jimmy Carr - look up his roast of Rob lowe - wonderful!! - but i believe he wasn't invited back to do any others as he was so savage!!
Hi , just some FYI for future reference, I heard you listening to RAM JAM doing BLACK BETTY , It's actually from the blues way back in the early days of blues by a black gentleman named LED BELLY. Just thought u might wanna know this. I always watch ur Chanell. Ur personality is ooozing with AWESOMNESS . Your voice is so so pleasant , and is a perfect match for ur listeners. Take care , WHITE TYRONE
Just for those that dont know. Cystitis is inflammation of the bladder, usually caused by a bladder infection. It's a common type of urinary tract infection (UTI), particularly in women. The woman had been gone for several minutes and everyone was wondering is she needed to pee, poo or is it was a medical issue that was taking so long..
It's called a "va-jazzel" and involves 'decorating' the pubic area. There is, apparently, a male equivalent; however, you'd never find me anywhere near that even if I had someone to show it off to. LOL
Tenner is £10.00 - his putdowns are legendary and so savage. Really funny. Canvey Island is near me in Essex; not very nice. If I was in the audience, with the bandage on my face (nicked myself shaving). If you come to the United Kingdom; be ready for a shock
I’m American but my dads side of the family is British, so I got to learn all the wonderful British slang at a young age. British English has perfected insults to a razors sharp edge. Yes Slag is what you think it is, even if you don’t fully understand the slang just listen to the rest of the sentence and you can figure out what it means for the most part lol.
I am American and Love Frankie Boyle. His Michael Jackson children's hospital is a favorite of his. Also, his bits on Mock the week. I think it is hard for some people to understand Frankie Boyle if they are not familiar with him. I've been a fan of his for over a decade when I first discovered him.
Swing ball is a game for two with a bat, it's a six foot steak hammered into the ground with a spiral bit attached to the top of steak then attached to it is a tennis ball & piece of string the aim of the game is hit ball winner either gets to end first so ball can't go any further. They obviously hit it opposite ways Google it.
Getting roasted is the whole reason people go to Jimmy's show. Maybe not to be his target but to watch it play out live. He is known for this. So is Matt Rife. Although Matt isn't as raunchy, his improv is impressive.
The greatest American improv insult comic was Don Rickles ... Very offensive, to everybody, & yet, everybody loved him. & He was often called - The Nicest Guy in Show Business. Because he loved, everybody. But hand him a mic & like a sleeping lion he would wake up & rip you apart. He's very much worth a look.
Yes that's he's real laugh and that wasn't he's most offensive jokes😂that was light Also to watch you being confused and say "what is going on " every few minutes 😂👌🏻 i knew you weren't ready..worth it
That’s his real laugh, and it’s the only negative thing I can say about him. He’s not the only person I’ve ever seen so crowd work, you tend to see that more in comics that tour comedy clubs, because they’re in town for a week doing two shows a night on some nights and they get bored and like ti change things up a bit. Or they’re stills working on an hour of material and need a little filler.
So if you get a Jimmy Carr show this is him this is what he does that this thing it's like an honour to be roasted by Jimmy Carr, the more dishes c is in the worst you get slayed the greater that moment is...lol
If you make it clear to a comedian at their show that you don't want to be picked on, they are going to absolutely go to town on you, just go along with it, once you're in their sights there's no turning back from that point, take whatever roasts come your way and be done with it 😂
i must be crazy then, because ive pre-booked front row seats this August for myself and my grandad :D im hoping he picks on me, its exactly my kind of humour xD your laugh is actually funny/cute xD
This was a good one. Another recommendation - Dara O' Brian! "Video Games" and "Pregnancy classes". I tell you - the Brits have no filter and it is awesome!
Yeah Britt You seriously need to come to England for 6 months I feel you would have a whale of a time. And yes that is Jimmy's real laugh you should see him on 8 out of 10 cats. Thanks for your reactions you are entertaining
I've been roasted by Jimmy Carr before. It was an honor and a privilege.
Spit Roasted?
@@concept226 nah, more of a pot roast.
When I'm ever in the UK again I'll try to visit him and I'd choose the front rows for sure.

Yup, saw him in Canada Years ago. One of the top 5 ever
@@concept226 I was just about to say "who was at the other end" but you beat me to it.

Jimmy has actually explained his laugh at his shows before. I love that he is very self-aware and able to make fun of it too.
I believe the words you were looking for are _inhale_ and _exhale_ 🤔😂👍
He laughs in inbreed you say ?😂😂😂😂
@@Death_by_Kim_Yoohyeon 🤣💀
@@Death_by_Kim_Yoohyeon Nah, he laughs at inbreds, I'll never sit the front row again 😅
19:04... "You still having that problem with Saruman and his orc army?"
"The Lord of the Rings" was filmed in New Zealand... that's what that was about. :)
Don't forget to try his riskiest jokes too.
Probably not getting past the YT sensors tbf

You really love Jimmy, your reaction is so animated. He’s so good with improv
Saruman is a character from Lord Of the Rings and it was filmed in New Zealand.
Love your reactions. You have very expressive face. You are made for this :D
You pull so many faces and expressions during your reactions. At no time do ever fail to look stunningly beautiful. Just love your reactions
React to Jimmy's top 20 offensive jokes. Brits don't take things personally at comedy shows, they know it's jokes.
Good to see you doing Jimmy Carr
The New Zealander answered Jimmy. Most of Lord of the Rings was filmed in New Zealand. Jimmy made a reference to Sauron, the evilest bad guy in Lord of the Rings.
He said saruman but yes that is the jyst of it lol
Britt, this is the very best reaction to Jimmy or any other comedian I have ever seen. I'm glad you had this much fun watching this one.
If u love to see improv interaction with audience some of the old dara O'Brian stand up is amazing for that, havnt seen anyone else react to them as well can find the whole thing on TH-cam, very old so hope won't get wammered by copyright 😊👍
Agree on this one. He is not rude to them he is just having fun with them and the memory he have to recall the conversations at the end is amazing.
Tenner is like saying a 10 dollar bill...
You must watch Frankie Boyle Audience roasting, for brutality 🤣
The New Zealand joke you said went over your head was a reference to Lord of the Rings.

i thought there was never a reason to be with a person other than the good feeling they bring you when they are around (i thought that was enough)
A 'tenner' is a £10 note.
Just the British accent gets you don’t it 😂 love from 🏴🏴
As a bit of a UK/US crossover involving Jimmy Carr - look up his roast of Rob lowe - wonderful!! - but i believe he wasn't invited back to do any others as he was so savage!!
Thanks, laughed as much at Jimmy as I did your reaction to his gags 😂
Please do more jimmy carr reactions. He is SO good.
"What's a tenner?" basically $10.
Well, £10, in this case.
you make me laugh with you, even i seen all the clips before you watching. rare thing for me and the laugh and the smiles keeps me in this planet.
Saruman and his orc army is a reference to Lord of the Rings, all of which as well as I believe the hobbit movies were filmed in New Zealand.

I commented on a different one of your reactions "best reaction ever"; I take it back, this is the best reaction vid ever!
I hope you try out Al Murray (the Pub Landlord, his character)….he’s very much into audience participation, one of the best UK comedians

Americans won't understand the jokes or the accent.

Hi Mett! Yeah he is absolutely Spot with this! The Arge is the employment office
You need to peep most offensive jokes by jimmy. You’ll realize just how filthy and savage he is 🔥 he’s one of the greats
That mosquito joke is outrageous
I’ve been on the front row at his show and on a tv show with him, got truly roasted each time
In the UK, a Fanny is a Hoo-hah. So they call them Bum Packs, not Fanny Packs.
How the fuk did fanny become a bum in the USA????
Americans just took the English language and made it completely ridiculous
Brilliant reaction, love it
Jimmy really had a lot of fun with the last one xD

Tenner = £10 😂 so he owes his mum a tenner

You should check out his riskiest jokes - I think it's 3 parts! His roast of Rob Lowe is also epic but there's only audio on TH-cam
The Lord of The Rings trilogy was filmed in New Zealand, hence the - Saruman and his orc army - joke
Brit you have the best sense of humor And the most infectious laugh
Jimmy does roast contests and he slays.
Word to the wise, sweetheart, if you come to the UK, I'd avoid saying, "I know what spunk is " in public.
😉🤣✌️✌️
being front and center at life this raw....what a privilege it would be.
A tenner = Ten pound note, fiver = five pound note.

A Tenner is slang for a 10 pound note in the UK
I'd highly recommend Andrew Schulz, his specialty is crowd work and improv, and he has no filter
Do Jimmy Carr 20 most offensive jokes vid. reaction. Its rly good.

A "Tenner" is 10 Pounds (money).
If you think Jimmy is harsh, see Frankie Boyle.
"I know what apunk is, you guys"
Is it bad that the first thing I thought was "I'm glad Jimmy couldn't hear that"? 😂

People carrier - soccer mums car …
Brew tea or coffee .
The reason he kept turn round was mr Kay is his dad
"Aspiring presenter", if I had to guess, means something like car show model, the pretty girl standing next to a car at expos.
He does this laugh most of the time, I have found just one video on youtube where he drops this act and laughs like a normal person...
You do need to go to the UK and watch some live shows
It's just British comedians, always get the audience involved 🎉

A "Tenner" is £10 note. We also call a £5 note a "fiver".
