Im a builder. Any new building pieces for me are a win - the fact they are flexicolour makes them so versatile. (granted the super themed stuff might not be so usable) the animals also look amazing. im super excited for this pack
I think those people that were saying we were getting a nocturnal dlc correctly guessed it. But they call it Twilight, not nocturnal. But this fits with the late October theme. This is actually the first behavior based DLC where they chose animals active during the twilight hours, rather than animals that are endangered or critically endangered. I agree that was straight out of left field. This is also the first DLC that introduces the flight mechanic to the game with the Egyptian Fruit Bat. I think they know the community wants birds and are steadily working towards adding flying birds to the game. With the addition of the wombat, I believe they know everybody wants the Tasmanian Devil and are likely saving that one for a different DLC.
Great review. Animals looks solid even if choices aren’t amazing. Excited to play with bats but which there was more customisation on the shape and size of the walkthrough. Like that the walls can be made invisible though! As for decor, it’s okay and I’ll use the realistic bits but it’s nothing very new, and the Halloween stuff isn’t gonna be used. I’d say this is the second weakest pack, surpassing the Arctic pack simply for the inclusion of the bats but I’ll still buy it!
Though I still think I want these animals added in in these packs: Jungle Book Pack: Sloth Bear Indian Black Panther Indian Rock Python (Exhibit Animal) Gray Langur Rhesus Macaque Lion Tailed Macaque King Cobra (Exhibit Animal) Indian Golden Jackal African Pack #2: Black Rhinoceros Dromedary Gerenuk Olive Baboon Vervet Monkey Topi Honey Badger Secretary Bird Bird Pack: Bald Eagle Scarlett Macaw Red-Tailed Hawk Peregrine Falcon Great Horned Owl Greater Roadrunner What other animal packs could you think of?
In my opinion this pack is very underwhelming the decorations are very situational i think with the halloween stuff aswell as the animals being lacklustre in my opinion apart from the bats and the wombat
I have the exact same opinion! Not really my thing. It's still a pack, and I appreciate the work that Frontier put into it. But it's probably my least favorite pack personally, as I mainly play for the animals. Not only was this not an animal pack like I was honestly expecting, but three of the five animals are animals I'm barely interested in. (I'm excited for the bats and wombats.) I'm still happy this pack exists for those who have been wanting this kind of thing, and will definitely be buying it as soon as it launches.
Also forgot to mention that their is a new soundtrack for the pack 🎶
Whoops, forgot skunks aren’t considered mustelids anymore
Lol literally came to the comment section to correct u🤣 glad u know ur stuff!!

Wombats are definitely one of the best animals now in the game!

Tasie Devil saved for an other dlc. I have a feeling they did the fox instead to add the wombat
