If Commerce of your board grants good grades on merit, better to choose I.comm but if your board gives unjustifiably low grades, better to do Inter pre engineering

Computer science degree is not much valued, only skills matter. If one is good with programming, and computer languages, can go for CS. Merely getting a degree, without skills is valueless.
Chartered Accounting on the other hand is difficult to pass, so academically strong persons with less interest in computers should opt for CA.

Agar Intermediate me marks 60% ya plus hain toh entry test is not required, regardless of Pre-medical, Engineering, Commerce or Computer science.
