I stayed rocking flat twists this summer, due to me working out a lot this summer. I only did twist outs maybe on a Saturday or to a hair event. I love this style it's so convenient, great video👌.

my flat twist crown would always come loose in the back and would look crazy lol. so I developed a modified version of the style and put four twists in the back and crisscrossed them....perfection! and yes....i never twist my hair at night any more. just moisturize quick style and go

I have been using bobby pins instead of hair pins!!! didn't realize there was a difference! thanks Jenelle! i will be getting some HAIR pins ASAP so my hair will stay in place! idk how i made it to mid back length in this natural hair journey using the wrong pins! lol!
going to try this I was bunning my hair and it caused some breakage I was trying to avoid that it wasn't tight at all and I moved it every now and then now I'm looking for something to do to my hair it thrives when I leave it alone and its just to hot got wigs which is my go to I wouldn't have made it through my transition without them lol

Ummm... most of the products i use are natural butters and oils, so they tend to absorb, dissolve and evaporate from my hair. I find that after a week or two my scalp is more dirty than the surface of my hair. Do you have a similar hair texture to mine?
I started doing this style after you did it on Elle's hair. Easy breezy! Also, I have that same dress you have on in the picture with you eating watermelon. Old Navy!
If you want the ease that this style will bring into your life, I say rock it the way it comes out and let it be. Don't let the fact that your hair isn't thick enough deter you from wearing this. As your hair gets longer, the way this style will look, will change. but it will be you.
