I am moving on November 1st to a brand new condo fully furnished 4 minutes from the beach in Jomtien beach Thailand for $356.00 dollars. Way better value for your money in Thailand. I lived in that condo building you are showing for one year so I now the difference.

Stayed there for a month in oct. 2023. Overpriced shoebox. Poor water pressure, poor hot water, the AC sucks. No internet, no cable TV only 3 local channels. Horrific traffic noise. AVOID AT ALL COST. Non existent kitchen. Very small fridge, no stove. I would have been better to live in a hotel. My wife and I ended up getting a much bigger house in Minganilla for far less money. Your guests are charged to use the pool.

But Crane up on tower four that’s what I did for a living for 35 years not always towers. I also run cranes in the ground.
I have 8 working days left! I’m 58 years old I will be 59 in March.
I’m going to clean out my house and get everything all organized and get my house ready for Rental .
Then I’m going to come over and dip my toe in the pool and live in several different places over a years time.
Then I’ll make up my mind if I’m going to live over there permanently .
I’m actually retiring one year sooner than I thought I was going to be able to. I’m pretty excited!!!

nice condo with lots of room. love the layout and the spacious design. however, the rental amount is out of my budget so I'll have to look for something like that in a different area in Cebu. My budget is no more than 25000 pesos monthly for rental unit. I've found many below that, but to phrase the cliche, location, location, location. not to mention the amenities available also.

Nice video over my budget but always good to see all kinds Im sure its worth it for location and and such but for me 28000p is my max.

A little over my budget but given fully furnished and amenities may be able to make it work.

    Nice unit.
Unfortunately, tall buildings are my kryptonite.

One of the better condos I've seen in the Philippines, but like most that kitchen is deficient given the sq footage of the overall unit. A half fridge? I'm sure they'll get their asking price, but it sits at the very tip top of my budget and doesnt compare favorably to 33sq m condos in Thailand for $500 US/m. I find myself flipping back and forth between the two destinations for expatriation.

Oh my gosh! Why rent or buy a property in the Philippines no matter brand new… amenities, furnish etc. The Phillipines water treatment do not exist! If so it is only 5% and very rudimentary. All dwellings relay on section tank. This temporary..septic tanks needs to be emptied or siphon…but where to dispose when there is no water treatment infrastructure. No choice but to dispose dirty water through river streams that goes straight to the ocean…water treatment is such a basic infrastructure. Do your research….so so disappointing.

Good video… but I don’t know who designs some of these condos. Maybe it’s a western thing but I would gladly sacrifice some of the space in the bedroom for a larger living room. And for that price I would expect a larger refrigerator.

Seems like a reasonably priced unit. Prefer the larger units.

P38000 does that include internet, water, electric or is that extra. Please include this information in future videos as it's very helpful. Thanks

I like the large size of the room and the condition of the kitchen and bathroom, but the furniture is very old. If requested, can you remove unwanted furniture such as sofas, beds, and dining tables? I want to purchase a new one with my own money.
