When the engine does not start and have to pump, the cause is the auxiliary pump to be replaced (also called pear) or between the two filters there is a hose on inverted "U" that must be securely connectors. If the symptom continues after changing the auxiliary pump, then pump injection
I had problem with injection pump and I bought new one, but when I mounted new pump, car wont start. Where is located auxilliary pump on the Hyundai Terracan? Is it on fuel sender unit?
Hi, I have a 2006 Hyundai Terracan diesel SUV. I live in coastal Ecuador (it's a model not avail in US). Has been a great vehicle but recently after changing my dual fuel filters out for annual maintenance the vehicle stalls and is difficult to restart. It generally happens when it is cold and first starting for the day. I have to use the hand pump to get the fuel to push past the air/push it out (not sure what's really happening here), but what is the real resolution?
Gracias por el video ilustrativo..muy bueno.
Thank you 🙏

I have the same problem..
Did you solve that problem?
MrCariblanco Check you have pipes connected to the correct tubes on the filter, you may have crossed them when reinstalling
pajerbell ... I did this, only caused it to stall on first start of the day.
Eso es porque te entra aire en algún conector o tubo. Los reajustas y se soluciona fácil.
