The brightness of their website images was blinding after your low-lighted setting and avoidable. You may be able to educate them on this in case they provide these screen images in a mandatory format. Also, dark mode or a dark theme would probably make their website seem more high-end.

Also vermeil is gold plate over sterling silver so when/if it does come off it’s still sterling silver instead of brass under so it won’t turn you green!
