Here are some build ideas :
Shield strike + frostshock
ICE crystal arrow + frostbomb (legendary version)
Fierce strike + poison cloud
Quick slash + frostshock
Quick slash + hook chain
Fire storm+ fireball(multishot )

Hi man, i found this skill increadibly good with 31 unique armour "winter heart" full screen mob control, i am going to pick 1st engrave option and try this build

I checked, that armor does look nice on a cold melee build. I didnt go with the first engraving since the Cold Explosion relies on freeze and freeze doesnt work on bosses. Will be good for mapping tho.

Fresh account, Its still a good starter but best if you start with non-crit.

can you recommend one or more (so I can see which playstyle is better for me) of your build for a new player? I'm 71 in act 10 now, so I can respec free
I don't know if a build require certain item/stat and/or very expensive. thanks

Toxic Flame is still a great starter but falls off at endgame. Wheel Slash is another DoT like toxic flame but melee. Venom Fang is my go-to skill but my build guide on that is non-crit and its before balance changes but it will work up to mid endgame.
Edit: I actually dont have a physical wheel slash guide but you may find other videos on it.
