Here's the thing, that one moment frustrated me to no end. He killed the guy because he had to. He had no other choice. Yet, after watching this video, I have been converted. I made many mistakes in life that in hindsight, I had no other choice over. Yet, the regret doesn't accept that logic. The same for Sunny. He had no other choice after he had told the guy. In the latest chapters Sunny FINALLY goes on a picnic date with our girl Nephis which had me smiling like an idiot even while still feeling a bit frustrated because their relationship has been at the cusp of Romance for more than 1500 chapters, and, at least they took half a step in that direction. Also when Rain finally awakens herself I cried like my own little sister was graduating. I can't help it, I been with these characters, waiting for each new chapter for three years now and even though it's a predominately action-centric story.. MY favorite parts are just the main characters and how they interact with one another. I can FEEL and RELATE to Sunny's social awkwardness, and also FEEL just how much he Loves his friends and Sister.
I believe, if Nephis would have never used Sunny's True Name he would have probably died when he was facing Mordret in the Jail togehter with Cassia (Not sure if Sunny would ever go there if he had ever come back from the forgotten Shore with Nephis). If not Mordret than the Sin of Solice would have used Sunny's True Name (Not sure if the Sin of Solice would count as a "Master"). i really love reading Shadow Slave. Currently at Chapter 1490 but I am about to reread it again so that i have more new chapters once i reach 1490 again.

Many times it gets justified by saying like "Oh this world is cruel, the weak have no place yada yada" but I ask them that how many worlds can get more cruel than SS . If I am asked I can't name many because we know this world is on a ticking time bomb and getting more messed as told in the 3rd nightmare if yk. Really good stuff

I had to force myself to finish it cause I don't like starting something and not seeing it to the end. Biggest waste of my time.

It’s because Sunny overestimated himself, let his guard down, and tried to do something that was completely unnecessary which caused a chain of events that ultimately ended up with where we are now. If Sunny had kept a cool head he wouldn’t be in this situation, I myself don’t think Sunny regrets killing Harper that much, he’d probably do it again 100% if he was in the same situation; most of his regret and remorse is probably rooted in the fact that his murder of Harper is undeniable proof of his incompetence. But in short, Harper matters because it was Harper that initiated this whole mess and caused Sunny’s true name to be unveiled this early into the story. Sorry if I was unclear in the video.
