A.J, my dad says the sky is falling( real estate will tank) My thoughts are it cost so much to build. That it cant tank soo much. What are your thoughts? I hope if i keep my place, i wont loose a quarter mill on it. Because it is next to impossible for me to make that quarter mill.
Prices have no choice to drop . It cant keep going up forever. It's not sustainable. Iys been growing 20 percent year after year. How can your home be worth more every year when the structure is eroding slowly .interest rates have to be higher than inflation, that's the only way to end all this overpriced markets.
