Hey Jane, have not seen you in a while, hope all is well. As you mentioned once you have your licence the device would make flying much easier. Hope you have time to do some inflight video at some point. Thanks Jane

Hi! Since foreflight is now available, do you mind to do a review on foreflight?

Hello Jane, hope you are well, just a humble request to make a video on part time flying course(CPL) to become an airline pilot that we can do along with other studies. Some information such as requirements, what to do after getting CPL, or even go back home country with CPL to get job.

Thanks for this great informative video. So far I’m flying on FS2020 flight simulator and gain some knowledge via TH-cam for radio com, VFR navigation, weather… I don’t fly yet but I’m really interested in aviation and save for PPL now. I’ve got an old IPAD that I’m using as a marine chart plotter running Navionics. I’m using an external Bluetooth GPS, a Garmin Glo 2. the location is very accurate. With the IPAD tethered on my phone to get the marine weather and tides, it’s a cheaper option than Cellular IPads.
Do you know if Foreflight, Garmin Pilot, OZ runways and AVplan are available in New Zealand?

Hi Jane... how r u? good informative video! btw does the flight hours store in the flight app are legally recognised as flight log hours? If so, how can the flight instructor endorse on the app? If no, pilot have to keep a flight record on a separate pilot log? Stay safe jane and thank you...

I’m good. Long time no see!
No I don’t believe so. You can randomly open the app and do flight planning, people can keep it on while driving around town, so it’s not an accurate indication of flight time.
Pilots require to keep a paper logbook.

Is ipad pro 12.9 inches ok? Its not too big?

I think the best way to know is to bring the ipad and sit in the cockpit to see.
Personally, I use ipad mini and ipad 10.2. ipad 10.2 is just right for me.
