For hot shoe issue... People in abroad are changing the hot shoe in flash... From plastic to metal . Metal hot shoe for godox in Ali baba la iruku... Simple diy to change the shoe in flashes itself... Sony and godox are aware for this issue too... Godox is trying to replace it with metal shoes... Soon it should be sorted..
