@@jb6712Wow, salty much? Your response struck me as meaner than the language you were so eager to criticize. Honestly, I was wondering why no one told Latrina about wedding dress prep, either. If not a professional in the wedding industry, I was surprised that none of her friends or family members (who’ve probably been married) mentioned the need to take care of this detail far enough in advance. I’m only happy that it worked out for her and her groom; they seem like a lovely and loving couple.
consultants need to be more assertive in kicking out unsupportive members of the entourage. i hope the bride came back WITHOUT trisha and got the dress she loved. and i hope trisha did NOT get to be a bridesmaid and spent the whole wedding sat at home by her lonesome bitter self sucking on eggs.
None of the staged drama matters anymore; bridey has been married to her dude for some years...this is an old episode...so it no longer matters whose opinion was stated.
This is so funny to me. I went dress shopping with my sister (the bride) and honestly we ooohed and awwed over each dress because she was so happy and radiant no matter what she had on. Then we let her take the reins on saying what she did or didn't like and told her if we agreed or not. My mom had some specific things she might not have liked but she was very respectful and deferential to my sister in expressing those opinions. And she was the mother of the bride!
Lavinia, get rid of that so called friend. She is not worth it. You looked beautiful and radiant in your strapless dress. I hope you read this message and really consider your choices. That dress is made for you. Just ignore your friend's comments. I sincerely hope you will make the right decision. Congratulations for your wedding day!! May it be blessed and receive everyone's prayers made out of love for you and your husband, Keith Meyers (My apologies for the spelling) Take care and lots of love. 🤍🪽💐
I am shocked at how oblivious the first bride's friend was to how much the bride loved that second dress. She should have kept her mouth shut after seeing that the bride didn't like the dress with straps. That's not a good friend. True friends are meant to be supportive and lift the bride up.
It's all staged, fake drama, all at the instructions of the production crew in the store filming for the sake of "reality entertainment." There are tons of videos all over the Internet showing how deceitful the so-called "reality" shows actually are, and the wedding shows are the absolute worst, with the home shows being a tight second.
@5:15 thats not even true, you add straps & a v shape to CREATE broad shoulders, the bride had an amazong shape in the strapless, defientely suited her more
Biggest mistake is taking people shopping for the dress. The bride deserves to heard what she has brought to the salon! Stop brides from bring people. The mom or mom like person and the bride should be the only people shopping.
Tricia is no real friend to the bride. The bride looked beautiful in the dress she loved. Her shoulders were fine and NOT overly large. With friends like that who needs enemies!
It's all staged for the entertainment of the gullible viewers. Tons of videos all over the Internet show the lies and deceit of so-called "reality" entertainment.
Doesn't matter, now, does it? This is an old episode, the couple has been married for enough years that they've adopted two little boys, and everything is all "lalala, fairy land" ending.
It was my mil, my groom’s aunt, whose salon it was, & me. Within an hour…it was done. Mom didn’t want to see it until the day. Everything went perfect. Celebrating 40 years this coming October!
Once upon a time I was watching a movie with my best friend in which an athlete tomboy type of woman wears collared white shirt with Lehanga as bride’s dress and I was laughing at her choice, then my friend said if it makes her happy if she feels that as best dress for her, let her, that hit me on different level as she always is understanding and more mature than whole lot of people I met till the date.
I went prom dress shopping with a friend, she preferred a dress that I didn't like on her because she was kind of round shouldered, but I couldn't bring myself to say that to her. The color was great on her and she was happy.
"CUTE"??????? By whose standards, the giant in Jack and the Beanstalk??? She was massive, but kept herself attractive...but no woman who is 30 old, as she was, or older, is "cute"! And how do you know she's "God-fearing"? Just blathering out a bunch of Protestant words doesn't mean one single thing!
My daughter in law asked her mother, her Aunt, and myself to go with her to shop for her dress. She wanted a plain satin dress but once she put it on, she decided it wasn’t for her. Only THEN did we give our opinion on the dress, and we agreed with her. But if she would’ve loved the dress, we would have all loved it on her!! Its the brides dress and it’s her wedding, and we were there to support HER decision! She eventually chose a dress that was stunning and she burst into tears as soon as she saw herself in the dress and we all knew THAT was the dress! But even if I hadn’t liked the dress, I would’ve kept my mouth shut, because obviously she loved the dress to have that kind of reaction!
Too bad the brides mom didn’t speak up for her daughter, too! The so called friend, Tricia, should have known her “friend” well enough to realize she loved the dress! Which by the way, the bride looked beautiful! What a loved wedding dress does it helps the bride to glow-a gown a bride loves just enhances all her beauty!
Tricia is her friend now, but perhaps not in 10 years??? Anything's possible. And then she'll be looking at her photos thinking " oh yeah...a former friend of mine picked my dress. I actually don't know where she is any more.'😮 Ladies...chose a dress you think will wow your future spouse because YOU feel great in it. It's about you two. Everybody else is only there to witness your joy. If you ask them in ten years what kind of dress you were wearing, they'll say something like "oh you were soooo pretty". But if you ask your spouse, they should say.."I couldn't take my eyes off you because you just lit up the room." So really...friends can have an opinion but they don't get to decide.
That girl Trisha is horrible. Lavinia looked great in that dress and the one in the straps did NOT look good on Lavinia. The young lady coming in for the fitting? Her dress was so pretty!
You're yet another one who is gullible enough to fall for the fake drama. None of that was real....look up all the videos online that debunk so-called "reality" entertainment and show it for the lying form it is.
That bride does NOT have a fried in Tricia. Dump that so called friend.I really think she doesn't want the bride to be stunningly beautiful on her wedding day. Leave toxic friends at home.
I personally think that even though Trisha became pushy , she's right about the style (of wearing something with straps) as her shoulders are broad and something with v neck and straos would look very sexy on her..having any body type or shape isn't "body shaming" like some people are saying , it's about accepting it as is and finding the right style. The consultant showed her an awful gown with straps. They should've shown more.
You're gullible enough to fall for the fake drama of these nonsense shows? There are videos all over the Internet that would quickly disabuse you of your (...) belief that there's any reality to this garbage. It's meant as nothing but "ENTERTAINMENT," and is a very, very poor form of it.
That dress that Trisha wanted her in was far less flattering than the one she loved. It's really sad that when it looked like the bride was going to ignore her and go with the dress she actually loved, she decided to stoop to insulting the bride and calling her broad shouldered. Trisha looked so pleased to have defeated the bride and bullied her out of that dress.
The straps make her look alot older and mote like its a second or third wedding, the second dress she put on (that she then put back on) she looked gorgeous in, seems like Trisha doesnt want her to look gorgeous on her special day, no doubt Trisha will ensure her dress screams look at me im so important 🙄
Trisha….almost seems to relish sitting there giving her two cents! Even if I didn’t care for the dress but my best friend and “bride” loved it, I would shut my mouth, smile and let her know I think she looks gorgeous! That’s what a true friend would do and you are not a friend Miss Know It All!
Why didn't the mother intervene when Tricia was putting so much pressure on her daughter, she just sat there!
The bride and her mother are southern door mats and that "friend" is the broom.

I would have gotten a kick if she did go to the wedding and saw she was at a table near the DJ booth or the bathrooms at the reception.
I sure wish people would remember who’s wedding it is, and take the hint to like what the bride likes!
When will brides learn to shop alone for their dresses.
‘Don’t worry we got plenty’
Get outta here. Ain’t no friend.
2nd dress looks lovely….what’s wrong with lace? If she likes it
It's all staged, fake drama, all at the instructions of the production crew in the store filming for the sake of "reality entertainment."
There are tons of videos all over the Internet showing how deceitful the so-called "reality" shows actually are, and the wedding shows are the absolute worst, with the home shows being a tight second.
The Mom didn't really comment on anything. She didn't stand up for her daughter.
That's why you only bring your mom to go wedding dress shopping. You are wearing the dress and you buy what you like. Trisha is nasty.
Wow!! It's Lavinia's time to shine and Trisha just can't deal with it!! this girl is not you're friend.
Beautiful LaTrina and her handsome husband are awesome!
Tish shut up, itself not your dress, not your wedding.
Doesn't matter, now, does it? This is an old episode, the couple has been married for enough years that they've adopted two little boys, and everything is all "lalala, fairy land" ending.
She looks so much better without straps .
This is for Trisha : KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!
Lavinia - I can't even lift my arms in this dress !! Trisha - THAT'S OK 🎶🎶
@@hannah1948 Trisha said, "Yes, you can!" She did not say "that's ok."
Second bride is so cute and God fearing woman ❤
"CUTE"??????? By whose standards, the giant in Jack and the Beanstalk??? She was massive, but kept herself attractive...but no woman who is 30 old, as she was, or older, is "cute"!
And how do you know she's "God-fearing"? Just blathering out a bunch of Protestant words doesn't mean one single thing!
She said she believes her future husband was sent by God
The bride should pick her own dress.
The second bride is gorgeous!
Oh my, the second one found a dress that flatters her without even trying it. :O
Tricia is no friend. She does not want the bride to look her best
Job of entourage.. Love what the bride loves and be her best supporters ❤. The end.
bride needs a backbone to choose a dress on her own and new friends and new support group
Tricia is her friend now, but perhaps not in 10 years??? Anything's possible. And then she'll be looking at her photos thinking " oh yeah...a former friend of mine picked my dress. I actually don't know where she is any more.'😮
Ladies...chose a dress you think will wow your future spouse because YOU feel great in it.
Wow!!! Something going on with Trisha! She doesn’t have her friend’s best interest at heart….
That girl Trisha is horrible. Lavinia looked great in that dress and the one in the straps did NOT look good on Lavinia.
The young lady coming in for the fitting? Her dress was so pretty!
agreed!! leave trisha behind for the next visit.😂
Sorry the large bride to be got a dress that makes her look larger not good she would have been far prettier with little more coverage
Trica is not a friend
You're yet another one who is gullible enough to fall for the fake drama. None of that was real....look up all the videos online that debunk so-called "reality" entertainment and show it for the lying form it is.
That bride does NOT have a fried in Tricia. Dump that so called friend.I really think she doesn't want the bride to be stunningly beautiful on her wedding day. Leave toxic friends at home.
THANKS SOO MUCH. ❤THIS bride looked sooo beautiful in the strapless ❤
I want to see a picture of that dress behind her in her interview!
Trisha is not your friend you need to get rid of her ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
Robin was correct.....kick Tricia to the curb! She is not happy her single friend will be happily married. Jealous.
Why does she say the dresses fit perfectly when each has a panel bridging the gap in the back????
It’s really a shame that some of the brides let their entourage decide which gown is best for them.
You're gullible enough to fall for the fake drama of these nonsense shows? It's very well known that all of "reality" entertainment is nothing but a pack of lies, with the wedding industry ones being the absolute worst.
The home shows are a tight second, but none of the shows tell the truth about anything. There are videos all over the Internet that would quickly disabuse you of your (...) belief that there's any reality to this garbage.
It's meant as nothing but "ENTERTAINMENT," and is a very, very poor form of it.
Tricia needs to keep her opinion to herself the strap dress looked horrible on her loved the strapless dress.
@ 6:06 When she says that she's going to take off the dress is that Trisha that says "GOOD."?
Bless her petty, jealous, insecure, ungrateful heart.
She looked beautiful in the strapless dress. I loved the second one she tried on.
If you need validation for your pick of a dress, you ate not ready to get married..also, pay for your own dam dress.
With "friends" like Trisha, who needs enemies?
With a friend like that who needs an enemy?
The ‘friend’ has terrible taste! The bride looked amazing in her pick.
Lavinia's mum looks like her sister!!! dayum ladies....smokin'
The straps make her look alot older and mote like its a second or third wedding, the second dress she put on (that she then put back on) she looked gorgeous in, seems like Trisha doesnt want her to look gorgeous on her special day, no doubt Trisha will ensure her dress screams look at me im so important 🙄
I agree, the dress with straps looked terrible on her, the other dress was a winner.
@@hannah1948 it didn't suit her at all 😞
I’d have told Tricia to go to the coffee shop and wait.
Love Latrina's dress, the other bride needs to choose her dress and not care what they think. Its HER wedding
To be very frank, Tricia needs to shut up! She is obnoxious and insensitive to the bride's choices.
Sorry, but whenever that taupe sash comes out, it looks like a prom dress.
THAT taupe sash - we know it well now 🙈
Trisha needs to zip her lips!!! It's not her wedding. The bride should have said yes to the dress.
Sorry Tricia but you were being a total jerk.
