I can't fix something that isn't broken/ displays properly to me when idk what's going on. I uploaded this vid as a proper, full resolution video to TH-cam and the platform is failing to properly play it for you. I wouldn't know how to report this issue to TH-cam either when I literally cannot see what you're seeing.

It's not that I don't believe you, but it literally isn't glitched and displays the full video for me without any problems.
