For the coffee it would be waaay better if you just make the coffee foam the normal way and add the spices into the milk to steep and gain flavour, this will also prevent the chance of your foam deflating cause it does not play well with other powders.

If your house is cold turn the oven on to the lowest temp once it hits temp turn off the oven and wait about five minutes then you can proof your bread in there. If you have a gas oven your pilot light will keep it warm. Finally if your bowl will fit, boil water in a cup in the microwave and then put the bread in the warm microwave to proof.
When my house is cold and I need to proof bread, I turn on the oven to the lowest temp (mine is 170) and let it heat to 150 or so, stretch plastic wrap tightly over the top of the bowl with the dough, then stick it in the oven on a pot holder. Opening the oven for several seconds brings it down to 85 - 90 degrees. Works like a charm.
Okay listen. I don't eat meat, have never eaten bacon because of the texture and looks of it, BUT you can eat bacon "raw". It's already cured, so the bacteria is pretty much killed off. If you wanna be really grossed out, look up СА́ЛО, people eat that uncooked too 😊
Would you ever consider trying the recipes that Mythical Chef Josh comes up with? I love his zaniness, but I'm curious about if some of the insane stuff he comes up with actually works at home. (actually I tried his 3 ramen hacks, and OMG... so yummy!)

I'm pretty sure there is misunderstanding about bacon. There are lots of countries where people often eat bacon without cooking but it is always cured bacon, it sometimes looks similar to raw bacon depending on how it's cured but it's never real raw bacon and that's why there's misunderstanding. People aren't even aware that you can get real raw bacon because it is always cured to some degree.
I did my own testing on the cloud bread and here are some of my results: •Him saying it was an omelet made me want to try it as an omelet, and it actually tasted pretty good. (I just used some cheese, some of the yolk and small bit of salt. I'm plain.) •I cooked it for longer and it lost all the stickiness and got crispy on the outside. •A really small one got cooked for the exact same time and it had the same texture as bread.
I really totally need another cup right now. Ah I just can't live without, I always need dat cup o caf in the morning or I dont feel myself at all but now I want some even now haha. That and some music that gets the pipes going like Enter Sandman by Metallica, Wasted by Delta Parole or Everlong by Foo Fighters! Then my day can start.
Try proofing your bread in the oven turned off but with the light on. The bread gets to proof at least 10 degrees warmer that way. I proof sourdough breads that way and it works great.
This cloud bread looks PHENOMENALLY better than the original tik tok version. And I always have to watch cutting my fingers on aluminum foil in the kitchen, I feel your pain!!!

Cloud bread started as low carb bread replacement.... im sure adding the flour and sugar greatly improved it!!

Angel Food cake is low-key pretty good. It's neat how he upgraded it with the Pumpkin Spice!!

It’s easier to just turn the light on in the oven in that scenario. Safer too since the light will keep a steadier and much lower temp.

I usually put the whipped coffee in the bottom of the cup now. Not as pretty but so much easier to mix.
well we do eat bacon raw - one that was specifically made for that i.e. smoked for longer and also cut really thing.
