I was doing this meditation outside and a humming bird appeared to me right after I came out of it. They’re one of my spirit animals & have come to me before as signs, so that was magical 💞
Ooh, another good one, do this whole thing again, and while ur soul is twitching like a dry fish, imagine inflating out of your body, into the atmosphere growing in size, into space taller and taller, out of the local system, galaxy, then galaxy cluster, and reach the very edge of the bubble. (Sometimes I do the Kabbalistic cross at that point, or a KCross and the Lesser Banishing) Put that bubble skin tight on your super huge body, laying the skylight of the cosmos around your astrological body like a universal body suit. Once that’s firmly attached, there will be a jet black platform that floats up to your feet from this thunderstorm of red lightning (a reddish emanation from what it read in the book where this is from), and on that platform a really basic ritual altar made of the same material as the platform. From there, your higher self should emerge as this massive form in front of you. It’s kinda spooky, so I haven’t gotten good info anywhere past the altar I mentioned, but this might be a good combo of practices! I’m not sure how concrete things are after those beginning portions, so I don’t want to talk about it if I might be totally misunderstanding what’s going on there, but idk, ya might like it!!

I am a skeptic of pretty much any type of spiritualism but I went into this with an absolutely open mind. And before you mentioned imagining the energy of the earth, of gaia, my mind wandered for just a second and an image of a purple orb of energy surrounded by gold ribbons of light appeared in my mind and i wasn't sure what it was but the second you mentioned gaia i immediately knew that's what it was and that was the visualization i connected to. After that i was able to predict the next steps of the entire guided meditation. It wasn't something i was trying to do it didn't come from expectation but kind of effortlessly and intuitively. This was great I felt soo much energy that I’ve never had before on my own. I’ve been on a journey since the beginning of last year and I’m learning about my real self. I learned from my mom a couple weeks ago, that when I was born she was told that I would have a big heart. A love for everyone that will bring connection for soooo many people. I have felt this once before while intending for an OBE but later when I realised obe experiences are just for fun and do not help in growth I dropped the idea. Since then I had been searching for something to tell me that even though obe's aren't the way to go, something felt very right in that experience, it was an amazing experience and kind of a transforming one too. I woke up to an “aura cleansing” track that was exceptionally louder than your voice lol and for the first few moments I thought 💭 wow, he nailed it on this music because it seemed like it started so quickly after I had heard your voice , but actually I was 20 minutes into this next video. Does that make sense lol? Should I redo this in the daytime ? I see a lot of people saying “when they woke” but unsure if that’s a metaphor or if everyone else passed out to the sound of your voice. Thank you for helping with such good intentions David. I followed your voice and felt strong vibrations all over my body. I have felt this once before while intending for an OBE but later when I realised obe experiences are just for fun and do not help in growth I dropped the idea. Since then I had been searching for something to tell me that even though obe's aren't the way to go, something felt very right in that experience, it was an amazing experience and kind of a transforming one too. As to my knowledge what happens is that kundalini energy awakens and gives you what you want to feel whether it's an obe experience or wanting to meet your angels. It was a good start. I found you yesterday and and with your second video I had this experience. But wondering what now after feeling those vibrations. I will keep watching your videos to get the answers. I give back to you all the vibrations and sensations in my body and whatever im feeling what i feel. It is beautiful and i feel vibrations in my body ...i feel ive been holding back happiness and light that i know i can give much more of. I have been scared of looking weird crying when i hear beautiful music in the streets ...my soul vibrates so easily sometimes andi hold back because i dont want to look silly. Its the love in me that is so easily moved. I will from now on let it out ( much more) even though someone may think i look silly. I shall not be affraid. I woke up to an “aura cleansing” track that was exceptionally louder than your voice lol and for the first few moments I thought 💭 wow, he nailed it on this music because it seemed like it started so quickly after I had heard your voice , but actually I was 20 minutes into this next video. Does that make sense lol? Should I redo this in the daytime ? I see a lot of people saying “when they woke” but unsure if that’s a metaphor or if everyone else passed out to the sound of your voice. Loved what I heard . I’m just finding you - & I have a sense we may be connected in a past life. You seem very familiar and my intuition leads me to believe I know you somehow.
