- Replacing an LCD screen in a dbx Driverack 260.
This Driverack 260 was purchased used in 2016. It was to be used as a backup to our current Driverack 260, however, it found production use in a rack we use when using a digital console at an event.
Parts information:
MFR #: 70-0233
Desc.: LCD 122x32 Graphics White LED w/CableDBX
For some, this video could be considered as ASMR - "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response."
Issues observed with this Driverack 260 which prompted the screen replacement:
1. Display light would occasionally not work; sometimes flicker
2. Display would not show all text of the options. Partial text on the display was becoming common.
3. Sometimes, the display would completely disappear and then return a few seconds later.
--- The original cable and circuit board (related to the display) were reseated several times, but this did not correct the issues.

How to use USA made dbx 260 in India on 230 Volt ?
I don't think that can be possible. Try contacting dbx to see if they have a modification kit.

Depending on the age/generation of a Driverack unit, you should be able to use either the RS-232 port or the RJ-45 connection on the back of the dbx unit. DBX has software (available for download - called "Driveware"). It works on Windows; you will need the right connectivity cabling to control the Driverack.
@@stageleftaudio i see for ic u27 burnt out. I can't see the serial number of the IC. is there a diagram? I've looked for the diagram but it's not available
Any diagrams or schematics would need to come from DBX (Harman International). They are the owners of the products.

there is no available diagram for the service manual. I am having problems with the serial number of the IC that is used. because there is no writing on the ic. actually the ic is to issue a 3.3v voltage but I'm confused because it doesn't have a serial number listed. can you help me with your experience?
Try contacting DBX support; they are the manufactures of the device. They should be able to assist you. I am sorry, I do not have the experience you are needing to troubleshoot your issue.
