Great vid! There is so much more to being a potter than making the pottery! Take care!

Super helpful tips/step by step guide, thank you! Would you happen to have any additional advice for someone just starting out in terms of gaining a small following/customer base, if even just local, to be able to sell online vs in person?

Very nice and relatable break down Lily! I go through an completely identical process, although for the couple last drops I’ve been photographing on the morning of drop day, which I don’t recommend 🙃

How do you balance what you choose to sell online VS what you take to a physical craft market? Thank you for this video btw, it's super useful for someone like me just starting out.

Personally, I’m very happy with photos taken with my phone but I realize everyone has their own opinions about that. 🙂

I work at a really lovely craft organisation called The Exchange, it’s in Erith in south east London. Amongst lots of other stuff, we teach volunteers how to do things like ceramics, woodwork and textiles for free, and the pieces that are made we either use in the building or sell to keep the programme running. It’s really cool!
