Jim was not a bad guy. He just let himself be driven by the wrong people.
Indeed even in the beginning you can see he kind of joins in because a stupid thing called peer pressure. Very sad he fell for it, but he became free of it.
But in my POV, it was his boss who made Jim come out from his bad deeds by assigning an important task with Gaby. And because of his boss, he realized his mistake.

This was soooo super super cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brought tears to my eyes!!! The acting was awesome, those two main people have great chemistry together!! His ex-friends are scumbags and glad they were finally caught. The only stupid people in this were them! I like the boss, the actor plays the nice and fair boss well!

I really like the character development of the main guy, moral of the story is that you don't need to be accepted by any society that does more harm than good, sometimes you'll find better friends later on.
This episode of racial discrimination was hard to watch. I am a Native woman who grew up in a Latino community. I have been soat upon by white men, beaten because of my dark intense eyes, told to go back to my country when this IS my country way before it was considered a country. So, yes, I can relate not just because of who I am, but watching my Latino neighbour's and friends recieve the same treatment since our childhood. Glad this episode at least had a good ending, and hopefully will reduce the huge problem of small mindedness

Shout out to the actors and the director who made such scenes that I wanted to punch the abusive racists so hard. It is an emotionally charged scenario where minorities and women get treated like dirt, but then there are good white men that stand up for minorities and women. Hats off to them!

But I also wear glasses so it won’t make sense for me to be racist when I have the situation with my weak eye sight.
